Cain is suspicious of Moira involving Charity and Ross in their plans, and takes Holly to meet Dean on a secluded road, having come up with a way to get the drug dealer out of their lives. Belle is offered a promotion and is clearly smitten when Dr Bailey treats an injury to her hand. Victoria tries to set Tracy up with Andy during her birthday party

Dean gets away from his confrontation with Cain, who tells Holly to leave town and never come back. However, she retaliates by threatening to tell Moira what she knows. Chas has an unexpected proposition for Aaron and Liv, who has been causing trouble at home and in the shop. Andy fears he may have blown his chance with Chrissie when a drunken Tracy throws herself at him

Liv moves in with Aaron, but spies on him and Robert, hoping to provide Gordon with information that will damage the prosecution's case. Kerry plans an April Fools prank on Dan which appears to backfire. Andy and Chrissie's relationship is discovered by Bernice, Holly resolves to give up drugs for good, and Belle tells Priya she is seeing an older man

Liv has a crisis of conscience over spying on Aaron and Robert and stands up to Gordon. However, she finds herself with seemingly nowhere to turn when she accidentally lets the truth out to Aaron, and runs away from home. Bernice agrees to keep Chrissie's secrets, Cain teaches Holly to fight, and Lisa thinks Joanie is getting preferential treatment at work

Andy and Chrissie decide to tell Lawrence about their relationship - but he jumps to the wrong conclusion before they can do so, and decides to take drastic measures. Robert receives a visit from the police and fears he has jeopardised Aaron's case. Harriet has a nervous meeting with the vicar, while Zak suspects Rishi has his eye on Joanie

Moira finds Andy lying badly beaten in the street - and Chrissie mistakenly believes that Robert's jealousy drove him to attack his brother. Lachlan pushes Gabby into lying, and Jacob is not happy about the pressure he puts on her. Victoria is less than pleased when Robert and Aaron go for a drink together, while Zak is equally put out to learn that Joanie is going to be working in the office with Rishi

Chrissie realises that her father was responsible for the attack on Andy and angrily confronts him, but her fury has terrible repercussions, which end up putting Lawrence's life in Robert's hands. Megan is determined to cope on her own, but Harriet has an idea how her friends can support her. Jacob and Gabby get closer, while Belle visits the doctors, and learns something upsetting about Dr Bailey

Chrissie finds a letter to her mother which revives her old suspicions that Lawrence is not really her father, and becomes determined to track the man who wrote it down. David realises that Jacob is in more pain than he seems, Megan rejects Harriet's invitation to join a mother and baby group, and Zak worries that he will not be able to control his jealousy

Zak's jealousy gets the better of him, and he punches Rishi in front of Lisa and Belle. The experience leaves him with a big decision to make about the future of his relationship with Joanie. Laurel and Ashley disagree over how to deal with Gabby, while David feels guilty about hiding his fears from his father. Belle throws caution to the wind, and Jai is unhappy when Megan asks Sam to be Eliza's godfather

Belle pays Dr Bailey a surprise visit at work, but after they are nearly discovered, the flustered medic makes a terrible mistake by telling David his test results are clear. Megan refuses all offers of help, and Lisa tearfully confesses to Marlon her true feelings about her divorce. Robert tries to convince Andy that his relationship with Chrissie is doomed - but is shocked to learn they are moving in together

Gordon's court case begins, and Aaron takes the stand, but struggles to maintain his confidence in the presence of his abuser and the rigorous questioning of the defence barrister. Chas resolves to confront Gordon, despite Cain's warnings that it will only harm Aaron's case. The pressure gets to Megan over the Christening, and she ends up fleeing the church

Aaron is nervous as Liv and Sandra take the stand in court, fearing that their testimony may end up harming his case. Paddy warns Robert not to make things worse for Aaron. David tries to summon up the courage to tell Priya and Jacob about his condition, but cannot go through with it, and Pollard inspires Leyla to take action. Megan's friends rally round to support her in her hour of need

Gordon tells a series of lies on the witness stand, and his emotional appeal leaves Aaron starting to lose all hope of justice. Rhona realises that she is still unable to trust Paddy and resorts to following him when he is called out on duty. Lawrence returns home, only to discover that Andy has moved into the house, and Chrissie sees an opportunity to meet the man she suspects is really her father

Liv takes the stand, but it remains uncertain whether she will side with her father or her brother. Robert offers Aaron his support, while Chrissie hires the plumber she suspects is her father to fix a leak in the hope of getting closer to the truth. Zak resorts to stealing from his own family to resolve his money worries, and Rhona discovers someone has been posting negative reviews of the surgery online

The verdict in Gordon's court case is revealed, and Rhona heads off to confront the mysterious person she suspects is behind the negative reviews on the internet. Marlon advises Paddy to tell his wife the truth about not wanting to move to Germany, Joanie realises her ring has gone missing, and Lisa is disgusted at what Zak has done

Paddy and Rhona surprise Marlon and Vanessa by revealing that they are leaving for Germany immediately. Paddy bids farewell to Aaron and admits the move was not his decision, but seems relieved to have made amends for his infidelity. The villagers gather to bid farewell to the couple. Emma learns that Pete is being released from prison, and Belle lands Zak in trouble.

Andy fails to persuade Cain to let him have Debbie's contact details, but Moira cracks when he pleads with her - unaware that Holly is listening in on their conversation. Pierce tries to find out the truth about Tess' death, Aaron realises he has responsibilities toward Liv, Kerry and Joanie search through the bins for the missing ring, and Belle tries to hide her relationship with Dr Bailey from her mother.

Holly tells Cain that Moira was trying to find Debbie's contact details on his laptop, so she can pass them on to Andy. He decides to set a trap, leaving his phone where she can find it to see if she will go behind his back. David goes for his scan, while Tracy becomes jealous as she sees him and Leyla growing closer. Robert has a warning for Aaron.

Dr Bailey seems to have turned into a Hippocratic oaf of late having already mixed up David’s test results because he was too busy getting frisky with Belle Dingle behind an examination curtain at the surgery. Now, he and Belle are going to run further risks when they start a fire in the factory during an out-of-hours “consultation”.

The reason for the blaze? An out-of-control candle in a bin, which is soon setting off the alarms. Belle and priapic Dr B are, of course, oblivious (mainly because they’re doing their best to raise the temperature all by themselves) – but are Rakesh and Lisa about to catch them in the act?

Tracy admits her feelings to David, who is moved by an encounter with a boy with the same condition at the hospital and also has something important to tell his father. Joanie despairs of Zak's jealousy, Finn strikes a dodgy deal with Charity, and Bernice resolves to sort out the business herself - but soon finds she is out of her depth

Tracy is upset when she feels that David has rejected her, but has a change of heart when she learns that he has cancer. Pollard suggests to his son that he give her another chance, leading to an awkward encounter between them. Finn considers leaving the B&B, and gets inspiration from a cancelled comic convention for his latest business plan. Cain forgets Moira's birthday, but Holly is on hand to help him out

Charity has misgivings when Finn plans to host a comic convention in the village hall, but is persuaded by the money he stands to make. However, her fears turn out to be justified when he gets arrested for receiving stolen goods. David pushes Pollard away when he realises he told Tracy about his condition. Belle is delighted to get her job back, but worried when Lisa wants to meet her boyfriend

Lisa has an angina attack, and Dr Bailey is called out to treat her at home. He sees a picture of Belle in her school uniform and suddenly realises how old she is. Charity and Ross worry that Finn will tell the police everything about their illegal activities, Pierce tries to influence Rhona's relationship with Paddy, and Jimmy suggests that Megan allow Jai to look after the baby

Marlon is less than pleased when he sees Pierce looking after Leo, and tells Rhona that Paddy has been told not to call the house any more. Belle goes to pick up Lisa's prescription to find out why Dr Bailey is not replying to her texts, but has to talk her way out when he demands to know how old she is. Jai thinks he is winning Megan over, and Pollard and Tracy fear that David is not handling his condition well
