Cain tells Chas about Aaron self-harming, and she blames Robert - who advises her to talk to her son about his past before it consumes him. Emma is warned that she will not have access to Moses when Charity is released, so pays a visit to the prison with blackmail in mind. Pollard competes to win an award, Nicola hands in her notice, and Carly and Tracy face a wine shortage

Chas takes Aaron to the seaside in the hope of rebuilding their relationship, but on their return, he angrily tells her the terrible truth about the abuse he suffered. Moira receives a visiting order asking her to take Noah to see Charity and warns her to keep her hands off Cain. Pollard confesses his financial problems to Diane and Finn, who urge him to think about what Val would do in his situation

Chas confronts Gordon about Aaron's accusations, and he tries to convince her of his innocence. Charity calls in a favour from Emma, Nicola finds life as a full-time mother boring, and Rakesh helps Ross to sort out the issues with Moses' birth certificate. Duncan seems to be up to no good, a suspicion that is confirmed when the wine tasting is gatecrashed by trading standards agents

Chas turns to Cain for comfort after her confrontation with Gordon, but struggles to keep her son's secrets. Pollard faces losing his alcohol licence as the trading standards agents examine the wine. Nicola suspects Jimmy is hiding something when he tries to stop Rakesh checking the books - and later discovers he has not been keeping track of the business accounts since Charity went to prison

Chas talks to Aaron, who considers whether to go to the police. Nicola agrees to take over sorting out the books from Jimmy while he looks after the kids - leading them both to realise that they would rather be in each other's shoes. Diane offers a reluctant Pollard a solution to his predicament, and Kirin is unable to cope with fatherhood

Aaron reports Gordon to the police, but fears they will not be able to prove his guilt. Cain tells the family everything, and Adam thanks Robert for his help. Vanessa falls ill, and has to stay away from Johnny, leaving Kirin to cope on his own until she recovers. Carly accidentally tells Nikhil about Leyla's history with Jai, and Adam is shocked to see Nicola in the office

Gordon tries to force Aaron to say he lied about the abuse by threatening to have Cain sent to prison for attempted murder. Kirin's frustrations with fatherhood get the better of him, and Carly is forced to intervene and take the baby away. Leyla's romantic evening with Nikhil is disrupted by illness. Paddy feels guilty about Tess, and finally decides where his priorities lie

Carly gives Kirin another chance to look after Johnny, but when she sees the ambulance arrive to pick up Vanessa, she gets the wrong idea and confronts him. Tess tells Rhona she has had an affair with a married man, but does not reveal it was Paddy. Aaron goes into hiding, and Chas is touched by Robert's concern. Gabby shares Kerry and Dan's accidental sex tape on the internet

Tess asks Paddy to leave his wife for her, but he tells her to get out of Emmerdale. To his horror, she later calls Rhona in tears. Kirin begs Vanessa for a second chance with Johnny, and drowns his sorrows. Carly opens up to Tracy about the reasons for her recent cold behaviour, Leyla dreads seeing Nikhil again, and Dan and Kerry find out about the video

Paddy tries to stop Rhona from meeting Tess, and Vanessa forgives Kirin, giving him another chance to be a father. Dan and Kerry watch the sex tape of themselves, and to his horror, she likes what she sees and decides she is happy for it to stay on the internet. Gabby thinks Laurel has been keeping secrets from her. When Ashley explains things, he realises how much his illness is hurting her

Gabby pushes her luck with Bernice one time too many, who responds by banning her from going on the ski trip. Ashley suggests she come and stay with them for a few days, but the arrangement puts pressure on Laurel, who finds her resolve is slipping, leaving her tempted to start drinking again

Ashley finds alcohol concealed around the house, and confides in Sandy that he is afraid Laurel has started drinking again. Zak returns from his holiday with Joanie to find out about Aaron's abuse, and feels he is no longer in the loop with his family's problems. David returns to Emmerdale, and Leyla discusses moving out with Jacob, only to consider staying instead

Ashley accuses Laurel of drinking again, which she denies, while Sandy discovers that the alcohol hidden in the house actually belongs to Gabby. Zak asks Lisa to let him be part of the family again, but Chas refuses to talk to him while Belle and Sam arrange a secret meeting without him. Rishi and Megan fear Jai has gone off the rails

Lisa invites Zak to her birthday party, but there is a more serious reason behind her apparent peace offering. Paddy continues to lie to Rhona, and Laurel tries to keep a secret from Doug by telling him that she and Ashley are going to remarry. Nikhil receives a phone call about the job in Canada, leaving Leyla worried she has missed her chance with him. Rakesh is shunned by both Priya and Vanessa

Rhona is heartbroken when she finds out about Paddy's affair with Tess. Leyla and Nikhil announce their engagement, but David and Jacob are less than delighted by the prospect. Chas fears the police investigation into Aaron's abuse is doomed to fail when Sandra is nowhere to be found, but Robert urges her not to give up. Lisa tells Belle about her plans, while Joanie struggles to cheer up Zak

Jai returns home a changed man, having checked himself into rehab and resolved to make things up to his family - and to Leyla. Paddy is confronted with the consequences of his actions when Rhona says she will never be able to forgive him, but they decide to press on with the adoption. Lisa gathers her strength, and Laurel is stunned by her friends' support for her remarriage to Ashley, and Chas seeks Cain's help in digging up the past

Nikhil and Jai come to blows over Leyla, while David confronts her over which of the brothers she really loves. Paddy offers to move out, but Rhona is determined that he must stay, since evidence that their marriage is in trouble could jeopardise the adoption. Adam tries to forget about Johnny, Victoria comes up with a new business plan, and Chas asks Robert for a big favour

A furious Chas decides to confront Gordon directly, but Robert persuades her that they need to use more subtle methods to expose his guilt. Rakesh is questioned by the police, and a frustrated Paddy is convinced that he and Vanessa know where Kirin is, but are keeping it a secret. Cain builds bridges with Zak, Leyla is feeling rejected, and Brenda loses Molly yet again

Aaron returns home, and feels betrayed when he learns that his mother has told everyone about the abuse. The police question Chas about the vandalism to Gordon's house and car. Bernice flirts with a handsome stranger but remains adamant that she is happily married, Laurel tries to keep her wedding plans simple, and Gabby manipulates Jacob's feelings for her

Robert consoles Aaron, and makes a breakthrough in proving that he is telling the truth about the abuse. Ashley is troubled by Gabby's behaviour, but Bernice thinks she will be fine if there are no more surprises in her life - leaving Laurel uneasy about her pregnancy. Chrissie offers Andy a home and a job, and Rhona insists that Paddy tell her everything about his affair with Tess - but finds the truth too much to handle

Aaron goes to visit his stepmother, with Robert joining him to provide moral support. When a teenage girl steals his wallet on the way, he realises to his surprise that she is his sister. Chrissie and Lachlan set up webcams so they can catch Bernice cheating on her husband. Gabby tells Jacob about the break-in at the barn, Marlon offers to do the catering for Laurel's wedding, Cain opens up to Chas, and Rakesh receives instructions from Charity

Sandra refuses to support Aaron in his case against Gordon, and he loses his temper when he begins to suspect she knew what was happening all along. Jacob tells David who stole Val's ring, while Chrissie watches the footage of Bernice, and is surprised by her reaction. Rakesh and Jimmy conspire against Charity, and Vanessa convinces Laurel to hire her street van for the wedding

Cain urges Aaron to drop the case when Sandra denies everything - but the situation changes when another victim comes forward to accuse Gordon of child abuse. Ashley decides Gabby needs to come and live with him, but while talking to Lawrence, he comes up with an alternative plan for her future. Paddy and Rhona have a blazing row in public which is witnessed by Pearl, who suspects Rhona is taking drugs again

Gordon accuses Chas of bribing Ryan to lie about him, while Robert makes a confession that could have serious repercussions for Aaron. Rhona demands that Pearl move out after her concerns threaten the adoption. Ashley and Lawrence form a united front in keeping Gabby in line, while Bernice is shocked to discover footage of her on Lachlan's computer. Doug makes a complaint at the B&B, to Diane's embarrassment

Chrissie admits to filming Bernice, and Lawrence responds by telling her the truth about his open marital arrangements - leaving her wondering if he really is her father. Adam quits his job, and Paddy tells a distraught Pearl she has to leave. Rhona begins to think that she made a mistake leaving Marlon, Chas agrees to confirm Robert's lie, and Joanie looks for a job - but Zak has a plan to help her make ends meet
