The show depicting the story of three friends Aniket (Prabal Panjabi), Vineet (Nikhil Khurana) and Farhan (Pranay Pachauri), touched hearts and gave an ode to true friendship.
'Tere Liye Bro' gave a shocker in its very first episode when one of the besties in the trio, Aniket dies in a tragic accident. The incident brings to light how we have become so busy in our lives that we have no time for our friends, and only when something unfortunate happens, do we realise the value of relationships. Aniket’s death brings Vineet and Farhan closer as they realise how deep their friendship has been all these years. As for Aniket, he might have left the mortal world but he continued to live in his friend’s heart and mind.
While the family grieved the death of Aniket, his sister Anika (Malhaar Rathod), knowing well her brother wouldn’t like all this cry scene got his friends together to drink in his memory. And while they sat reminiscing moments spent with Aniket, they decided to make a bucket list of his unfulfilled wishes and get them done, to bring peace to his soul. And what a journey it had been for Vineet, Farhan, and Anika as they tried to make Aniket happy. While we were expecting a happy ending to the series, it ended on a big revelation. Moments before Aniket’s death, he had met a girl, who had a distinct tattoo on her body. Vineet found the same tattoo in a girl realising that there is some mystery surrounding his best friend’s death. Was it an accident or was Aniket murdered? Well, the show ended hanging upon the same idea.
The storyline is pacy and entertaining but there are few loopholes, which we are hoping, will be filled in by the end of the season. There are a lot of moments where you will smile and laugh, and even get teary-eyed. The screenplay is such that you will tend to miss your friends and the fun moment shared with them. The brand integration sometimes goes a little overboard but can be ignored. Subtracting a few glitches, the series is an entertaining watch and will mostly find an audience among the youth section.

'Girl In The City' is a web series starring Mithila Palkar, who plays the titular role of Meera. The show is about an girl from a humble family who, like millions of others, has come to Mumbai from Dehradun, to fulfil her dreams. A combination of love, friendship, ambition, it has gained a lot of hearts with the first season and has come up with an even more interesting Season 2. The episode features Meera working with her tailor cum maid cum nanny Liakat, and her IT guy. The trio is working together in a new flat Meera has shifted to. Meera is trying hard to keep up with all the work her new role as a business woman entails. Apart from that, she is also eyeing a fancy place in Juhu, which she thinks will be apt for her own store, as it has her vibe. The problem is that the owner is not ready to rent it to Meera. The other problem is that Meera doesn’t have much money to pay for the place either. It is a realistic story with a brilliant cast. The characters and scenarios are very relatable. She messes up but then gets up again to fight the battle. Apart from mindblowing visuals, the music and tunes of the series are also too cool. 'Tham Jaa Zindagi' and the second season track 'lokaditiyan' are mesmerising. The writers have come up with catchy lines which are, trendy and attract the youth. The worst part about any show is when it gets monotonous but Girl In The City is different as it never has a dull moment. The story is full of twists and turns, not just in her work life but also the love lives of the leading characters. You cannot help but watch the next episode after watching the first one.
This is what a web series should be, worth your time. A perfect package of love, friendship, fun and drama, it's sure to bring a smile on your face.

Dustbin reviewed Metro Park
Kalpesh Patel has been in Metro Park, an Indian community in New Jersey, for 25 years. Take a peek into his typical Gujrati family and life, with a touch of humour and reality.
You can take a man out of India, but can never take India out of a man. Metro Park is the best example of this, no matter where you live or what you become, home will always be home. Kalpesh has been in US for so long, but at heart he is still an Indian, believing and following the culture.
Metro Park is a simple family drama with a high relatability quotient, that will remind you of your own family, and of your Gujrati friends and their family, if you have any.
Ranvir Shorey is spectacular in his character as Kalpesh Patel, portraying the typical Gujrati to perfection. He is a funny, sarcastic, business-oriented man, who is always trying to save money and make a better life for his family. He is perfectly matched by his on-screen wife Payal Patel, played by Purbi Joshi. Omi Vaidya is a breath of fresh air in the whole Gujju drama, a South Indian guy trying to cope up and tolerate his loud, boisterous yet friendly in-laws. Omi and Vega Tamotia’s characters could have been explored much better- they just seem there, without much contribution to the story.
Metro Park is a simplistic comedy, and it’s entertaining.
A typical yet refreshing Gujrati comedy that is definitely at least worth a watch.

Dustbin reviewed Flip
The anthology consists of four stories, and all four talk about one small incident that changes the course of life for the characters. The stories are fresh, interesting and novel. Basically, the series works on the concept that’s a benchmark of fiction – one incident can change your life. This concept is an integral part of the DC legacy and the Joker’s storyline – and an entire film in the franchise was set up on this premise.
The four main characters of our stories- the ones who are affected- Sheetal Menon, Ranvir Shorey, Jim Sarbh, and Arjun Mathur are spectacular, a vision, in their respective roles. They portray the two opposing ends of a personality with such perfection and candour, making the characters alive in the story and through the screen. The supporting characters are equally, if not more so, important as they are the ones who push these four heroes, or villains, to and over the brink.
Flip not only has a good story, but also brilliant execution. The visuals and background music are perfectly synced with each plotline, from the beginning to the end. Flip justifies its title to the fullest, delivering stories that are as crazy, weird and mind-flipping as they can get.
Apart from the fact that it seems to be over too soon, there’s nothing stopping you from watching this series. Definitely, definitely worth a watch.

Dustbin reviewed Cobra
Operation Cobra revolves around a brave R.A.W. agent Karan Singh, who has been assigned the high-stakes mission to prevent the terrorist organization ‘Radical Posture Group’ from acquiring and using the Russian nuclear bomb trigger ‘Cobra 9642’, which could put India, as well as the entire world in danger. The spy and espionage thriller concept is interesting, and the resultant fast-paced plot is what keeps things interesting to watch. Some of the twists are good. The story generates suspicion towards one character; however, it surprises you when the truth is revealed.
Gautam Gulati, who makes his web debuts with this series, is a fit in his role as Karan. Navin Kundra, too, plays the comic sidekick Yusuf well in the initial episode.
The plot, although fast-paced and intense, is weakly translated into a screenplay. It is riddled with clichés, plot holes, unnecessary sequences and dance performances. The action scenes could’ve been a lot better. A lot of scenes that require intensity are underwhelming, while focus is given to scenes that should’ve been wrapped up without all the special sound and camera effects. Speaking about the performances, it seems like all the actors playing their characters have walked from an 80s movie set to this one.
Eros Now has some pretty good web series, but Operation Cobra is not one of them.

Dustbin reviewed Rise
Shrey(Vikrant Massey) is excited about his new dream bike but life takes a U-turn for him when he is asked to leave from his job on the same day. With all the loans on his back, he starts drifting towards depression when his father reminds him of his dream, the road trip. So Shrey decides to go on a soul-searching road trip, but he is joined by the most unlikely pillion ever- his friend’s 55-year-old relative.
Massey has done a brilliant justice to the character through his acting skills. Atul Sriwastava is endearing as the nosy, annoying uncle who’s full of insights. Their growing camaraderie is the highlight of the series. The writing is beautiful, specifically the lines and dialogues. The monologues of the final episode will strike a chord and are the biggest takeaway from the show; they’ll make you stop and think. The aesthetics are just gorgeous and the lush locales of Mumbai, Kolkata, and Gangtok push you to pack your bags and head for a bike trip.
Before the lengthy conversations, come lengthier narrative voice overs which imparts philosophies on life, dreams, and all of those lovely things.
For those who are looking for a good-looking web series that doesn’t have too many characters or plot twists and is easy on the eye, then Rise could be your weekend watch or if you’re in the mood to hear some really deep lines on self-realization, love, life and everything in between.

Dustbin reviewed FLAMES
The show is set in Delhi and revolves around a coaching class where all the magic unfolds. Rajat, a studious science student and his two best friends, Anusha and Gaurav go to the same coaching classes. A new student in the art class, Ishita, sparks curiosity in Rajat who instantly falls for her. Ishita seems interested in him and agrees to go on a date with him. An awful misunderstanding ensues between them due to a baseless rumor. Ishita is furious and Rajat can’t find any way to gain her trust back. The story is narrated by the chemistry teacher played by DeepeshSumitraJagdish in the form of chemistry concepts which is relatable to the young demographic. This approach is very creative.
The episodes are named after evergreen 90’s love songs and the background score also features these songs from time to time which is sure to make the viewers nostalgic.
The lead actors ace their parts of the local Delhi youth. A special mention to ShivamKakkar who is rib-tickling as Rajat’s hopeless best friend.
The dialogues are hilarious. The chemistry teacher as the best, most sarcastically hilarious lines. Not to forget, the banter between Anusha and Gaurav that reminds us of Rahul-Anjali of KuchKuchHotaHai!
Flames is the most realistic one could get to college/ tuition class romances. The awkward conversation, butterflies and that one well-intentioned teacher, Flames has it all covered for us to grow wistful of our good all’ days. Highly recommended watch.

'Life Sahi Hai' is a tale of four friends Jasjit, Amit, Siddharth and Sahil who share a flat and go through everyday problems of staying with roommates. The first episode is titled The Maid. Clearly, it's one of the most important survival lesson of being bachelors. Getting a good 'bai' is a task in itself. You might finally discover God but not a good maid. They decide to go for professional maid services which they get after a lot of hassle. But men being men couldn't keep their carnal emotions on check as their bai (didi) is too hot to handle.
Despite being a director who loves to 'expose' what girls make their boyfriends go through, he has kept the first episode focusing on guys and their issues only. That's really interesting. The dialogues are very relatable. Performances by all the actors are commendable.
You can watch the whole episode without chuckling even for a minute because it isn't something we haven't heard or seen before. Given the fact that how boys live together is fairly known to everyone, the concept hardly makes you say, wow!
Men, please watch it. For you, this will be your life getting a digital expression. Women, watch it if you think you don't already know what men do when they live together.

The series will see actors Tusshar and Mallika Sherawat sharing screen space. That’s not all, its stellar cast includes Sanjay Mishra and Ashwini Kalsekar from the “Golmaal” team, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek and Shefali Jariwala among many others. The series is directed by Farhad Samji.
The web series revolves around a group of friends who get together at an isolated resort. They soon discover that each one of them has a secret from their past. In a series of events, members of the group start turning up dead, one after the other, and turn into zombies. Manav, played by Tusshar, plays the most innocent guy in the group, who is the butt of all jokes. But there's more than meets the eye as he has an unseen mysterious side that nobody knows about. The group ignores all the paranormal activities taking place in this haunted resort including Haseena, played by Mallika Sherawat, the mysterious walking ghost trying to communicate with them. How this entity takes them on a hilarious yet scary ride is what forms the plot of the show.
There are a few flaws in the show, especially unnecessary expletives. The show focuses more on comedy than horror. Although the jump-scares startle you, the horror element is not fully utilised.
Performance-wise, Tusshar Kapoor, who brings in his iconic character of Golmaal, does a decent job. Mallika Sherawat makes her digital debut with swag as the stylish chudail. Sanjay Mishra, with his comic timing, is a class apart, as always. Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Shefali Zariwala, Sakshi Pradhan and Shweta Gulati are decent.
