Alya and Sally gives evidence at Yasmeen's trial. Leanne says a final goodbye to her son. Sarah's careless talk puts Peter on high alert.

Yasmeen's fate hangs in the balance as the trial draws to a close. The residents band together to halt Ray's bulldozer. Daniel uncovers the truth about Adam and Carla.

The trial verdict leads to a dramatic showdown between Geoff and Alya. Ken and Abi lead the charge against Ray's demolition. Carla and Daniel inadvertently fuel Peter's paranoia.

Carla's worst nightmare comes true as Peter puts his life at risk. Ryan, Sally and Tim take in the scene at number six. Gary finds a distressed Faye locked in Ray's office.

Shona pockets the keys to the Bistro and sneaks in for drinks with Simon. Paul gets in too deep when a caller from the helpline asks for his number and insists they meet.

Nick learns that Sam is moving to London with Natasha. Shona's actions leave David at Ray's mercy. Paul agrees to meet a distressed Will.

Sam begs Nick and Leanne to take him in. Todd covers for Paul as he deceives Billy. David reaches a sad decision regarding Shona.

Gary faces interrogation about Rick's disappearance. Leanne makes an effort for Nick and Sam. Chesney and Kirk experience a market downturn.

Maria overhears Sarah accusing Gary of murder. Leanne persuades Nick to put his son first. Roy and Nina urge Shona to talk to David.

Kelly turns up seeking answers from Gary. Toyah and Imran are asked to foster a baby. David and Shona prepare for a final Christmas together.

After David and Shona admit that they still love each other and want to make a go of it, he forms a plan. Toyah and Imran adjust to becoming parents overnight, and Leanne hides away in her flat, consumed with grief.

Daniel calls an ambulance when Peter is taken ill, Adam accuses Sarah of shopping Gary to the authorities, and Todd shows off his new man.

Todd goads Paul into breaking the law, Ken is devastated by Peter's despondent attitude, and Imran admits turning down a new foster child.

Adam and Sarah end the year with a fresh start, Ray and Debbie offer Nick new premises for Underworld, and Tim recaptures his past for Elaine.
