If you use your Facebook or Google account to sign in, we will collect and store your respective user IDs. Any user generated content like ratings, reviews, list will also be stored with us. We also receive information when you view content on, or otherwise interact with, our services, even if you have not created a an account. This data includes information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device information.

We collect data and process data when you:

• Register online with us to create account.
• Write review, ratings, comment, create list on platform.
• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

We use technologies like cookies (small files stored on your browser), identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience. Web logs are kept for 15 days and are deleted periodically from server.

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

If you choose to delete you data on MyMovieRack, log in to your account and go to settings page. Click 'Delete MyMovieRack Profile' option. We keep 30 days grace period in case user changes their mind and wants to restore data. During this time user can revert the action but the profile will not be accessible by general public for view during this time. Within next 30 - 60 days our batch process will run and delete all the data associated with that account.

Analytics companies may access anonymous data (such as your IP address or device ID) to help us understand how our services are used. They use this data solely on our behalf. Our API client, which operates at the backend, uses YouTube API services to discover and fetch youtube videos and relevant metadata like title, description, publish time, and video length. It never shares any user-related information with YouTube. .
Movie & TV show trailers and episodes are embedded on MyMovieRack using iFrame. YouTube makes freely available a tiny snippet of the embed code, which then places a small iFrame of the YouTube website on MyMovieRack. All content inside that iFrame, including any advertisement, is playing directly from YouTube and not from this website. We have absolutely no control over the contents or data collection or functions within that iFrame and they are solely defined by YouTube Terms of Service.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
