India's best Crime Series
One of the most awaited #action #crime #thriller web series has again gained massive popularity as soon as it is launched.
In the battle against Sacred Games(netflix) and Mirzapur(Amazon Prime), Mirzapur has smashed the records unlike Sacred games totally shitting Season 2.

The ensemble cast has done absolute brilliant job leading to 8.4 IMDb rating and more than 90% 5 star ratings on Google.

Not the power and grasp like S1 but it still managed to create those flawlessly unpredictable scenes we strive for.
The premise of the series remains the same, it delivers the thrill, violence, and drama it promised.

It starts from where S1 was left and that actually maintains the utmost connection that we look in new seasons.

This revenge saga revolves around the guns, crime, greed for power, rule of mafia dons, and gang wars in the Purvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh. All these elements makes it a great watch and grab the viewer’s attention till the last episode.

The second season is more intense and action-packed but less on the engaging screenplay, some episodes are slow-paced. The dialogues are sharp, heavy, and impactful. The background score is brilliant, editing is fine and cinematography is quite ably.

Even though Ali Fazal(Guddu Bhaiya) got less screen space this time but he still managed to give a decent performance.

And at last, not giving much spoilers, the race continues for Season 3 leaving one of the Tripathi alive for the Gaddi.

Gloriously Brutal
Mirzapur is a treasure chest of characters so unique and so well developed, that writers and writing deserve distinguished credit. Take, for instance, the other protagonists, Bablu Pandit (Vikrant Massey), a bright student aspiring to be a civil servant whose bleak reality and circumstances take him down a completely different path or his brother Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal), naive and impulsive, searching frantically for his shortcut to the top.

While the concept of Mafias dealing drugs and arms isn't unheard of, Amazon's take on it is certainly something to behold in highest of regards. The show is based in a small town Mirzapur where Akhanda Tripathi's (Pankaj Tripathi) realm reigns supreme. While his "business" and the empire passed down from generations are flourishing, the tug of power among him, his impulsive son Munna Tripathi (Divyendu Sharma) and his wife Beena Tripathi (Rasika Dugal) make for interesting drama. But they are not the only ones hogging the entire screentime.

The opening scene alone is enough to set the tone of the show boasting a desolate society with no consequences for the powerful and no relief for the ordinary. From Infidelity to brutal killings to family rivalries, the show doesn't shy away from gory. Death scenes are too real and cruelty is appalling. performances are fierce and it's easy to forget the characters aren't actual residents of Mirzapur but actors.

It's impossible not to fall in love with every minute of this show.

Excellent Post! I love to take big ideas and break them down in to bite-sized chunks. With every project/business I am working on, I have an idea list running, a to-do or task list, a set of yearly goals (broken down into monthly and weekly) and a list for later research or to add in later.

It can get overwhelming and patience is key. Sometimes, we want things to happen so fast we forget to do them right or master them the first time around. I see this often when people are trying to learn social media. They join all the networks out there, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Google+, Twitter and the 5 others I am forgetting, but never learn any of them very well.

Start with one thing, master it, and then move on to the next.

The whole plot of the story can be understood only by a true Purvanchal boy who has gone through the situation of power tussle with his own father. my father is a former minister and a businessman, i have personally experienced Munna like situations. i have felt similar conditions with my father, who trusted his henchmen more than me. These people try to interfere in your life and constantly try to prove their worth and your incapability to succeed your own father. The story should have been more redefined, not solely revolving around triumph and disaster of tripathi family. But there is one thing that is shown right in this show that unemployment is on its rise nowadays forcing of crime for instantly making money.

i was locked to my laptop screen , only because of this MIRZAPUR series. This series is perfect #gangster themed as it has both shades of old and new gangsters and their ideologies. Villain is such an #badass , that he resembles a bad guy in every scene and with an self respect towards their family. Direction and screen play were superb, they made this #bestOfCrime . If you can't take the bad side of your language , i mean about vulgarness, then this series is not for you. When coming to the heros side , they have a father who never bears wrong . And that is the point , you can enjoy the clash between them. There is lots of #gunAction . This is super to watch.

Mirzapur a Hindi web series on Amazon Prime Video released in 2018. It is a crime thriller based on drugs, guns, and lawlessness. The series revolves around the rule of mafia dons and the rivalry and crime prevailing in the eastern parts of Uttar Pradesh. I liked the series in the beginning but later on, it became predictable. Munna bhaiya, son of the mafia boss of Mirzapur who was high on drugs joins a wedding and accidentally shoots the groom. Ramakant Pandit, an honest lawyer takes up the case against Munna, which leads to a series of events which changes the lives of two families in the unlegislated city of Mirzapur. It is full of violence and has some sexual scenes, so it is suitable only for adults. All the actors beautifully played their character. People who like crime thriller must watch it. It is streaming on the Amazon Prime Video app.

In a lawless land where anything, anyone can be made to do several things grotesque by way of the gripping, tentacled and wretched power, 'Mirzapur' portrays to you the gang wars typical to it, unnerving you with violence, weapons and illicit gang wars. With a rich star cast, Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Vikrant Massey, Shweta Tripathi and Rasika Dugal , this show lives up to their names. A near realistic portrayal when it comes to the small Indian towns riddled with crime and gory, it has been fantastically made.

Gruesome yet captivating
Mirzapur is an Indian TV series which takes gory to the next level. It illustrates the tragic reality of a lot of places in India. It follows the story of Kaleen bhaiya, the godfather of all the crimes and illegal activities happening in Mirzapur. Pankaj Tripathi nailed this role to the best. He is religiously followed by a gang of goons who are ready to die on his command. Along with his family, the show also features another middle-class family that gets involved in this messy tornado of illegal activities. The show consists of all level of brutality towards fellow humans. A groom is shot mistakenly in the eye, a guy’s head is shot open till his brains start spilling out, another person’s guts are spilt out in another gruesome incident and the list just goes on. Despite all the violence, I found the show quite captivating and binge-watched the whole series. Hopefully, the makers will tone down the violence a tad bit in the second season.

My favorite of all time....
The self-styled king of Mirzapur is Akhandanand Tripathi (Pankaj Tripathi), whose business of manufacturing carpets has earned him the name Kaleen Bhaiyaa (kaleen is carpets, bhaiyya is brother). However, brushed literally and otherwise under and into these rugs, is an empire of drugs and weapons trade that has made him a millionaire and earned him the fear and following of the town.

But even the most powerful dons have their problems, and Akhandanand’s not-so-prodigal son Munna (Divyenndu) threatens to be his downfall. High on a cocktail of drugs and a sense of entitlement, Munna joins a wedding procession and accidentally shoots the groom dead. Ramakant Pandit (Rajesh Tailang), an upstanding lawyer, takes up the case against Munna, only to inadvertently have his sons Guddu (Ali Fazal) and Bablu (Vikrant Massey) get involved in the very world he is a part of.

While the story is a work of fiction, Mirzapur is, in fact, a real town known for its carpets in Uttar Pradesh.

Dustbin reviewed Mirzapur
The web series starring Pankaj Tripathi, Divyenndu, Vikrant Massey and Ali Fazal, was launched on Amazon Prime Video.
Mirzapur is a typically dysfunctional fictional town in Eastern Uttara Pradesh, whose uncrowned king is the delightfully named gangster Akhandanand Tripathi (Pankaj Tripathi). He is a serious man, his existence pockmarked by murders, betrayals and skullduggery. He owns a carpet factory hence his nickname is 'Kaleen Bhai'. Akhandanand's biggest enemy is his own offspring. His hot-headed son Munna(Divyenndu) is aching to take over the empire. He punches and shoots before thinks, erupts without provocation and does not believe his father. Munna's psychotic behavior opens the doors of the Tripathi Citadel to two ambitious brothers. Guddu(Ali Fazal) and Bablu (Vikrant Massey). Guddu an aspiring body builder and Bablu a class topper. The creators of the show barely tinker with the gangland drama template. Nearly ever character that you would expect to see in a tale of crime, corruption, revenge and murder sign the attendance roster. The struggle between father and sons, the endemic corruption that enables crime, the sharp-tongued mend and compromised women, the cussing and rutting, the back-stabbing and the instant paybacks makes the Mirzapur a hit web series.
Divyenndu and Vikrant Massey are terrific in their roles, each managing to earn some sympathy even though their characters are never up to any good. Pankaj Tripathi's nuanced and hugely enjoyable performance is among the grace notes.

Impeccable Performances
The best thing about Crime is that the criminals do not waste their time making their presence feel.

If you have watch Mirzapur, you will be made aware of this fact time and again, as each character leaves a mark at the script and punches above it's wait to give the story an intriguing twist.

The story revolves around a self-made Godman of Mirzapur aka Kaleen Bhaiyya, who runs a carpet business in the day and shoots people in their hands at the night. But it seems he is suffering from the same problem that Ramadheer Singh from Gangs of Wasseypur faced with his son. Munna Bhaiyya is the worst prodigy ever as he thinks it is inevitable for him to drink from his father's glass all the time. With his attitude, he heckles cute girls at college and even tries to force one of them to like him. Besides keeping score of his one-night stands, Munna is good at what we would call "tomfoolery" only and is unlikely, even in Kaleen bhaiyya's eyes, to be a worthy successor to Kaleen bhaiyya.

In walk Bablu and Guddu, the typical brotherly pair who have a family led by a man led with high principles. They attract Kaleen bhaiyya with their combined intelligence and muscle-power, and win an important place in the eyes of the Godman. Ironically, their sister turns out to be the love-select of Munna, and this creates havoc in all of their lives.

Watch this web series for what happens next!

Scintillating, ravishing and astonishing! This series calls for so many adjectives and probably, none would do it justice! It is gruesome, it is gory, it is everything your mother will not permit you to see, but the question is, are you going to stop? I hope not.

Outstanding!
Mirzapur is an Indian crime thriller web series by Amazon Prime Video. This is by far Amazon's most ambitious Indian project. It boasts of a great story and a superlative cast and it delivers on both fronts. The main cast led by Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Vikrant Massey, Shweta Tripathi, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Rasika Dugal, Harshita Gaur, Divyendu Sharma and Kulbhushan Kharbanda are stellar. It is set in UP's Mirzapur where one person calls the shots, Kaleen Bhaiyya. Two local boys rise in ranks to work with him and ultimately challenge his superiority. A thoroughly enjoyable show which will keep your attention for the whole time.
