Joe realises he's made a mistake by setting up Graham but is it too late for him to stop it? Elsewhere, Chas buries her grief in wedding preparations.

Joe is thrown into turmoil over his actions and is later confronted by Graham. Elsewhere, Bernice and Dr Cavanagh give into temptation.

Aaron and Robert legally marry in front of their family and friends. After the newlyweds drive off on their honeymoon, Chas' grief finally hits her. Also, Ross and Rebecca's relationship goes from strength to strength.

Kim Tate is back and determined to get her hands on Home Farm whatever it takes. Also, Joe suggests he and Debbie get married today in the hospital chapel.

Ross watches Home Farm from the bushes. Before Joe heads home to get changed for the wedding, he promises Sarah he'll never let her down and will always be there for her. Noah returns to the pub to get ready for the masquerade ball although Charity refuses to attend. At Dale View, Moira hands Dawn a glass of orange juice and asks her who she is. A drugged up Dawn states she needs to speak to Ross as she did something stupid yesterday.

Debbie and Sarah wait nervously in the hospital chapel but there's still no sign of Joe. Cain turns up and tells his daughter she looks beautiful. Ross chases Simon through the woods. Simon is armed with the hammer but Ross kicks him to the ground and takes the hammer from him. Ross stands over Simon with the hammer in hand and tells him he's thought about killing him every day since the acid attack. As Ross takes a swing, Moira grabs the hammer from his hand and begs him to think about what

Three people are injured. Will any of them survive?

Police cars race to Home Farm. Joe lays unconscious with blood dripping from his nose. Graham checks for a pulse but can't find one. He tells Cain that Joe is dead although Cain thinks it's a sick joke. Meanwhile, in the house, Dr Jutla tends to an unconscious yet alive Kim. Vanessa rushes to help. Just as Eric suggests Kim was pushed, Charity comes downstairs with Noah following not far behind. Faith appears. At the lakeside, an unconscious Ross is taken into an ambulance on a stretcher.

Debbie is arrested for her role in the acid attack whilst Kim is sent back to prison for a parole violation. Elsewhere, Charity learns it was Faith who pushed Kim.

Sarah heads off into theatre for her heart transplant. Elsewhere, Paddy and Chas start to plan Grace's funeral. Also, Graham tells Noah that Joe won't be coming back.

As Sarah recovers from her heart transplant, her monitors start going off and doctors rush in. Will she pull through? Elsewhere, Cain struggles to cope with his guilt. Plus, Graham gives Noah Joe's cufflinks.

Struggling to cope with his guilt, Cain leaves to clear his head. Elsewhere, Jacob and Noah fight. Also, Sarah comes around.

It becomes clear private investigator Glen is scamming Victoria, but will Aaron, Robert and Marry be able to get to her in time? Elsewhere, Maya decides to move into Farrers Barn after talking to Leyla whilst Rhona realises Leo is being bullied.

Maya moves into Farrers Barn, but is Jacob developing inappropriate feeling for his history teacher? Elsewhere, Victoria is devastated to learn Adam has moved on whilst a fed up Diane tries to meddle in Bernice and Daz's relationship.

Rhona loses it with April after wrongly concluding April is bullying Leo. Elsewhere, Bernice decides to end things with Daz tomorrow whilst Moira worries about why Cain left.

Bernice tries to break up with Daz again but can't. Later, Kerry and Jimmy realise Bernice is having an affair with Liam. After learning Leo is being picked on, Rhona and Marlon debate their son's future schooling.

A woman hides when she spots Leyla leaving Tug Ghyll. Leyla heads to the shop and takes Jacob out on a shopping spree. In the backroom, an emotional Chas takes a call from the undertakers explaining there's been a mix up with the flowers for Grace's funeral. Chas wants everything to be perfect so Paddy vows to sort it. Pete has been helping Rhona research specialist schools but Rhona is still unsure about taking Leo out of mainstream education.

Leyla's fiancé Clive turns up in Emmerdale. Later Frank because reacquainted with Clive - his old cell mate. Elsewhere, a heartbroken Daz vows to kill whoever Bernice is seeing.

Chas and Paddy struggle to cope on the day of baby Grace's funeral. Elsewhere, Rebecca and Ross celebrate Rebecca's birthday but things take a turn when Rebecca receives a card from Lachlan.

Baby Grace's funeral takes place. Afterward, Marlon finds Paddy at Grace's grave where Paddy admits he feels nothing. Elsewhere, Lydia opens up to Sam about her miscarriages whilst Ross informs Rebecca he's been offered a job in Liverpool and asks her to come with him.

Ross and Rebecca decide to have fresh start away from Emmerdale. Elsewhere, Debbie vows to find Joe whilst Moira is frustrated that Cain refuses to tell her why he disappeared. Also,Chas and Paddy struggle to return to normality.

Cain tries to persuade Debbie to go on the run. Later, he admits to Moira that he killed Joe. Elsewhere, Paddy struggles with his grief whilst Ross and Rebecca make plans.

Moira confronts Graham about Joe's death. At the same time, Matty helps Cain get his head straight. Elsewhere, Charity and Robert are stunned to learn of Ross and Rebecca's plans to move to Liverpool and refuse to let them take Moses and Seb.

Ross and Charity, and Rebecca, Robert and Aaron continue to argue about Moses and Seb's living arrangements. Elsewhere, Frank informs Leyla that her fiancé Clive is a conman.

Aaron tries to persuade Rebecca against moving away and taking Seb. It appears to have worked as later, Rebecca tells Ross she can't go to Liverpool. Elsewhere, Daz catches Bernice and Liam together whilst Bob struggles to find a job.
