Very good
I am a fan of Matthias Schoenaerts since his splendid performances in 'Bullhead' and later in 'Rust and Bone'. He does not disappoint in 'Disorder'. Its quiet tenseness takes us through the mind of a man suffering from severe post-war PTSD. His ears ring with tinnitus, his edginess gives the expectation of leashed violence so that even the ordinary sight of a trash bag picked up a breeze can seem surreal. An underrated movie. |
