Every Office Story Ever.

I expect the same reaction from whosoever decides to watch this, almost intuitively.

The story revolves around the bubbling intern at an IT company, who is yet to know the tricks and trades of the workplace, and more importantly, is quite unaware of the politics being played behind his back. He has a love interest at work but is too shy to admit his liking fir her (Story as old as time, isn't it?). Meanwhile, he comes to an understanding that he has done a mistake by leaving his hometown for his job and then decides to quit his job. But his supervisor has other plans and she makes him deliver his best ever performance at a client meeting and literally owns him from that very day. This breaks the other girl, and to her amazement, our boy couldn't have cared less this time. However, an interaction with the company's CEO himself clears his head space but not before it is too late. Having lost the love of his life to his own ego, he blames his boss for this and cuts off all ties with her. For further updates, season 2 is awaited.

Official Chukyagiri is about Spandan Chukya ( now you know where the web series gets its name from) who has just moved to Mumbai to intern at an organisation called Analog. He is an excited person who aspires to become successful, learn a lot, and show his seniors how good and talented he is at his work, but what he comes to realise is that 'yahan jagah milti nahi, banani padti hai'. Which is actually how it works in the real world. You need to earn a place for yourself, since you won't be handed it over a silver platter. Spandan goes through immense challenges in order to sustain himself, and for him to learn various lessons.
This web series also makes you realise that all things that glitter aren't gold. Becoming successful requires a lot of struggle, hard work, and making the right decisions for that moment.
Anand Bhaskar's song Mera Safar is beautiful, heart touching, but more than that it sounds like magic.

It's a good series with surreal story and surrounding but bears the weight of many cliches unlike it's other competitions. The story follows life of Spandan Chukya, a small town guy with dreams sky high, lands up in Mumbai and joins as an intern in an MNC where he soon realizes that corporate life wasn't anything like what he learnt in his MBA. The series follows his life as an intern, where his morals, ideals and willpower gets tested at each step and the ways in which he handles all of it in a quest to be in the game. Every character has been designed and written very neatly, and by the end of the series, you are guaranteed to adore at least two or three of them. It's a beautifully written and scripted show but lacks in gripping the audience because of it's predictable and cliched turns with no unforgettable moments. But the plus point of the series is it's realness of the corporate world and the acting talent of artists like Gopal Datt and Sunny kaushal.
Verdict- If this is your first Indian mini-series then you will love it but as you watch more series then you will forget this.
