A Stylish and Hard movie for Indian Audience
A film based on the Bikini Killer, Charles Shobhraj. Directed by Prawaal Raman. Randeep Hooda plays the role of Charles.
Film is very fast and super stylish in the first half. Almost everyone, even I also can't be able to find out what's going on. Because the pace is too high for the Indian audience like me. So, probably you may not be able to identify the smartness of Charles. The planning of escapism from Tihar Jail looks normal, even dumb in first half, but in climax, where the film shows the actual fact of the story, you will get mad for the planning of Charles.
Definitely a stylish watch. But, only few can catch up what the director is trying to show. Randeep acted superbly. I don't like Richa in the film, don't know the reason. Adil Hussain and Tisca Chopra are perfect.
Background score is too good. Jab Chhaye Tera Jadu song is amazing, so as its singer Kanika Kapoor.
Kudos to the director for giving a totally new vision. But, people are not ready yet, so better luck next time!

Agree with you. It is difficult to adjust with movie pace in first half, don't know what is going on. The climax is gud, both when came to know why Charles plans to break jail and when the inspector said how this case is related to murder mystery.

"Hindi cinema is good at making bio-pics."
Criminal or a celebrity? Charles Shobraj, the name is enough to create a thought in your mind and the personality that has confused many minds.
To be exact the film deals with a famous part of the legacy charles has created in the criminal world and how it is a story worth making a film on. The film has been beautifully crafted and its a treat to your eyes. it has more of a indo-french cinema feel to it. The performances of all the actors is appreciable but the accent and the acting skill Randeep Hooda manifested is something as good which we rarely encounter in bollywood.
