Definitely a movie that sticks in your mind and makes you remember that no matter how many obstacles you may encounter, there is always a way to get to where you want to be; and that the mind and body are much stronger than what we tend to think. The message of this film I'd say is "you can do it"; anything you set your mind to, you CAN do it, because there is always a way...the real question is: how bad do you want it?

This film is one of the few that make me cry every single time I watch it the story is just so touching and captivating and Will Smith easily gives his best acting performance ever, Jaden is adorable here and his performance is so sweet and believable. A genuinely emotional and beautiful film.

A movie that only a heartless person wouldn't love. The pursuit of happiness is easily one of the most inspiring and emotional films of all time and it never fails to leave me in tears, Will Smith gives his most believable and touching acting performance ever in this film and his son Jaden gave a wonderful performance for his age at the time. Just a truly moving film and one I'm sure a lot of people would relate too.

Beautiful movie! Just found out that it's based on the life of Chris Gardner, he has inspired me to keep going -regardless of what life may throw my way. Random acts of kindness are what I also aspire for. I'm proud to share a birthday with such an amazing person (Chris Gardner). Trusting God to reach my dreams, and thus help others as well in the process. Thanks to the awesome cast as well for their amazing acting, really brought it to life!
This movie is gonna play with your emotions.you are gonna cry, laugh along with the characters. An amazing and realistic father-son scenario is well portrayed This movie can really inspire you. It's a cute package of some amazing stuff.
My uncle gave me this movie and I wasn't
interested at all as the heading itself was misspelled. In my opinion, this movie proved to me that, fast judgment is not nice. Guys give it a try and you won't feel down.

well the movie shows the ongoing struggle of a single dad. Great screenplay by will and son (the only father son duo movie I've appericiated so far.) The movie might make you feel bit of dizzy in between but doesn't make you run away from the place.

The film strucks all the right cords right from the beginning itself, the way it touches the emotional quotient of the viewer deserves ab applause. Will Smith has superbly displayed his character, in the best manner possible. It would surely bring tears to your eyes many a times throughout the film, such are the powerful emotions is displays. A must watch especially to see how the father-son relationship blossoms.A very touching film, beauty made.

A perfect movie which shows what a man goes through his daily life. This movie shows that definition of success is not limited to your career, it extends to your family also. A man who is also a father may be successful in his profession but sometimes fails at the family. This film shows that sometimes the real happiness lies in the smile of the family.

Acting: I can not imagine anyone other than Will Smith portraying the role of Chris Gardner. Jaden did a nice job with his character. Others in the film were also good.

Film: I like the plot of the film very much. There are very fewer films in which a father is shown as a normal person who is trying to fulfill his family needs. The movie presented the emotions of a struggling father very well. The cinematography of the film was very nice. It captured the emotions of characters very well. The direction was also good.

Final verdict: I suggest the film to every person who thinks his father has money but does not allow them to spend it. I suggest this film to every wife who easily blames everything on her husband for not giving her money. I suggest everyone watch this film to understand what struggle is.

Every struggling young man has a dream to become big someday in his field. Life isn't fair and success doesn't come easy way. Pursuit of Happyness is truly a befitting movie to never give up and to never stop following your dreams. Will smith was phenomenal in the movie. The father-son relationship is very endearing to watch. Will smith has done a wonderful job in portraying the character of chris gardner.

One of The best motivational movie I have ever seen. This movie is based on the life of a person who by his outstanding willpower struggled with all his problems. Finally he made his dreams true. The movie has very good dialogues. the best part I liked was that when Chris tells the interviewer that he knows how to find the answer if he does not know it.

A tear drenching movie about a father's struggle for making ends meet in 1980s San Francisco. The father-son duo has acted very well and do full justice to the theme. Garner (Will) sinks all his life savings in some X-ray machines that have become obsolete. He loses the companionship of his wife and his house, situation worsens and he has to take care of his son, sell the machines and work as an intern in a Financial firm all at the same time.
