While we are supposed to be sympathetic to Kundan and his tragic love of Zoya (he is HIndu, she is Muslim), he comes off as an obsessive creep. He ruins Zoya's life, and let's just say the ending is not a happy one, even though he tries to redeem himself.

I enjoyed Abhay Deol's performance as Jasjeet, Zoya's fiance from college, and Sonam Kapoor as Zoya.

Movie with Happy first half and Tragic second half. Tamil actor Dhanush's bollywood debut mesmerizes with his performance. Movie is filled with innocence, love, politics and tragedy. ARR's music sweeps you totally.

Tamilian actor Dhanush's Bollywood debut packs quite a punch. The film follows Kundan's (played beautifully by Dhanush) journey, as he tries to win the love of Zoya. The film is an ode to all young men who have suffered the pain of unrequited love, while also tackling relevant social issues such as religion and politics. Well-acted, well shot and brilliantly scored, this film is a must watch and also boasts Sonam Kapoor's best performance till date.
