It starts with some simple Detectives looking for a murdrer of young girls in a small rainy town. The accused turns out to be very elusive one and a very intense chase begins. It's one of the best serial killer chase movie. If you liked Zodiac you will love it.

This movie is insane .Never ever you will find such a film .A benchmark in Korean film industry.This movie is the answer for why you need to watch Korean films.Coming to the plot the film is based on a true story of serial kills which took place between 1986 and 1991 in Korea.Two detectives takes up the case and starts chasing the serial killer but at last they fail to catch the killer with a solid evidence and then the killer disappears .The story is kind of similar to the movie"ZODIAC". The climax is one to watch out for .Casting was done awesome.Visuals were a bit gloomy but never disturbs the essence of the film.Direction was extra-odinary.At finally dont miss this movie
