Frankly Speaking the Movie "Happy New Year" not at all worth to see on Big Screen Not also at TV which wud be coming in 40 days or so. Farah Khan and Sajid Khan has made a World record to make the Movies as much Boring and Worst in this Bollywood Industry. Its really pathetic to see at Hall. I would not suggest any one to waste 181 minutes 3 Hours and specially with your family as they would kill you. We have left hall after interval.No Story, No Dialogue, No Camera, No New Scenes. its worst Movie of my Life. I would give Minus 5 out of 5. Please please for god sake save Money and Time. I wud also like to appeal refund of my Movie ticket worth Rs 1200/- which has completely wasted.

Happy New Year is a mass entertainer, but the movie loses its plot as it has too many songs. The film has all the masala needed for a commercial movie i.e. action, drama and romance but the film loses on one front i.e. a proper script. But overall the film manages to keep the people engrossed in the movie and thus is a one time watch

Farah Khan is a goddess. This is solid entertainment -- a mashup of a heist film with a dance contest. It's a great ensemble cast, and I loved all the sly references to other films - like Deepika giving a "seven minute" speech a la Chak De while SRK rolls his eyes in the background. Lots of great comedic moments.

I actually saw the film twice in one day, and enjoyed it even more the second time. I saw a quiet matinee, and then a raucous big crowd showing in the evening with a friend. It was so much more fun with a crowd, as when Charlie is stumped at the password on an electronic safe, audience members shouted out the answer!

During the opening introduction of Charlie (SRK) where he is mud wrestling and then sprayed clean with water. My friend said, "Is that photoshopped?!" No, ma'am. Then I whispered back, "I love female directors!"

I love watching a comedy where you can tell everyone is really enjoying working together.
