Colossal Disappointment
Girlsplaining is an Indian comedy series by girliyapa. The show features banter between three friends, two girls and a guy where the girls give him relationship advice. The series is nothing but a 4 episode advertisement for Durex. The show is very unoriginal and doesn't make it worth watching. For a comedy show, the humor is underwhelming. During all four episodes there wasn't a single instance when I smiled let alone laugh. Srishti Shrivastava lifts the season finale with her performance and that is it. Nothing else worth mentioning. Between the amazing content girliyapa has produced, this show is at the bottom of the barrel.

Puts wit in witty.
This show is a perfect example of what thoughtful writing and equally committed dialogue delivery can achieve. The show poses such ingenuity, I almost felt like getting up on my feet and whistling at certain segments. All the episodes have a very typical format, Nikhil (Mohak Meet) is distressed about something that went wrong in his relationship, so he confides in Ruchi (Ahsaas Channa) and Mitali (Kritika Avasthi), his close friends who also happen to be two knowledgeable relationships "aficionados." They guide him in his endeavor to woo and impress her lady love especially with regard to, ahem, love-making.

All their advice is put in genius metaphors like 'self-study' for 'masturbation' and equally impressive analogies like comparing favorite items on a restaurant menu to preferred sexual positions.

Performances are spot on, with excellent comedy timing. Star of the show is undoubtedly the writing. At no point, the show feels feminist or sexist and manages to voice struggles of all genders in a relationship.

For a good laugh and a stellar experience, Girlsplaining is a must-watch.

Dobi reviewed GIRLSPLAINING
For all the repressed kids out there, how many of you are clueless about sex and puberty? For a society that believes that discussion on these is a taboo, this show is clearly non-generic. With peers openly talking about normal-nothing-to-be-ashamed-about things, this show is good, honestly. However, for some people it can be crass at sometimes. Overall, it showcases a decent enough attempt to put forth this side of arguments where people face things upfront without any hesitation.

This is a hilarious web-series from Girliyapa, where a batchmate and a senior, Ruchi and Mitali try to explain Nikhil about how he can build up a strong chemistry with his girlfriend, Sneha. In this series, we see how the girls train Nikhil and give him special advices, as he is quite nervous regarding his first time.

The roles played by Ahsaas Channa as Ruchi, Kritika Avasthi as Mitali, Mohak Meet as Nikhil and Srishti Srivastava as Sneha are really great. They have done a nice job. Nikhil's friends gives him tips on how important is first impression to a girl. They give him confidence and they try to sort out any kind of problems that Nikhil faces in his relationship.

TVF’s Girsplaining is a show about an ordinary looking small-town boy who looks up to his two friends as advisers when it comes to his new relationship. With the motive of helping their friend, the girls end up making his relationship somewhat troublesome. The show touches a taboo subject but with much ease making it a treat to watch. The clever punch lines and the framing of sex in metaphors add the frosting to the cake. The reminiscence of hostel room talks is a pure feeling brought out by the show. It is an entertaining and carefree web series which delivers quite a few laugh-out-loud moments and is majorly suitable for teenagers.

Hilarious!
Damn! This series added a new word to my dictionary “Girlsplaining”. Now, there are a few topics of conversations that just come naturally (biologically?) to us. No one will know their way around a woman’s body as well as another woman. Remember Monica’s 7 erogenous zones? You got to go through 1 to 6 before you get to 7 but how often do people go through all of them?
More often than not, (some) men forget what to do and especially, how to do it. This is where your girl friends will step in. Mitali and Ruchi help Nikhil have great chemistry with his new girlfriend, Sneha. How they communicate the intricate details that Nikhil should follow and what he ends up doing, causes a laughter riot.

Better than you'd think it'd be!
Girsplaining is actually a very good web series. It's again fresh for individuals streaming through drama content across different forums. Drama manages to impress and surprise us but this web series is actually quite informative. And information here mostly works well for boys. If you have a girlfriend, you'll relate a lot to what's spoken and heard. If you can't relate, just binge watch this asap. Man to man. And if you have a boyfriend, try not watching it for your boyfriend might be and you don't wanna call his tricks!
There's not a lot grovel here with except that it's very informative and all of the information is put across with humour and comfort. And for overly cultured people, they've managed to express all they wanted to without saying any of the words. Burn?

Ruchi & Mitali, 2 college friends, girl-plain or, ex-plain their common friend Nikhil about dates and sex.

Nikhil, being a newbie, the girls enlighten him on how to move forward with the date, ofcourse in metaphorical terms. Each episode deals with one of the difficulties he's facing in bed. The girls guide him throughout so as to make him better, but end up ruining things up for him.

The dialogue delievery and expressions are onpoint. The actors did a pretty good job on their part, but the storyline is not that exciting though. Girliyapa, being a male bashing channel, has produced some incredibly progressive content. Having said that, the series is nowhere near the bar set by them, they definitely could have done a far better job at it.

AVERAGE
The show is definitely different with two young girls giving advice to their guy friend about dates and sex although it is no different from other similar kind of web series that perpetuate the topic of sex. what striked me was if they decide to educate the audience about sex then why did they couch it in other term, they could have simple use the sex terms. never the less the show was pretty entertaining something different and outside the box.
the show start with two young college girls Ruchi and Mitali sitting in their college canteen having small talk when Nikhil arrives and announces his date with Sneha , nikhil being a novice at it asks the girls for help and then the girls explain and gives nervous nikhil some advice to make it better.
In every episode they discuss one topic in metaphorical terms and try helping their friend who wants to score in the first date, the girls may not have achieved much in this field yet they hold an appearance of know-it-all but instaed of helping him they end up blowing his case. The cast members are Ahsaas Channa as Ruchi , Kritika Avasth as mitalii and Mohak Meet as nikhil only in the season finale we meet Sneha played by Srishti Srivastava.
talking of the script i feel more could have been possible- they could've experimented a little more, the dialogs were fine but because of continuous use of metaphorical terms it became slightly difficult to catch up with the show; the series did not really have a hardcore story-line it was just dialogs with expressions, actors were good and the makers did not make the brand integration obvious. If one has ran out of shows to watch one can watch this only for entertainment, not much to gain from it.
