It was only a matter of time before Bluth and Goldman said "to hell with this", joined a bigger studio, picked a subject that families would rush in to see at the time, produced their animation digitally and in CinemaScope, hired songwriters that weren't pop singers and made a fantasy version of a true story about a girl who died young that ended up being better than Pocahontas.

It is shown in this movie that they hate so much; although it's more charming than A Troll in Central Park, it's still a misplaced film with a convulted plot and some of the worst animation mistakes ever to have presence on the big screen.
