Addresses the harsher realities
Finally something more realistic amongst the sea of euphoria and happily ever after tales, Love on the rocks' unbiased approach to portraying relationships is impactful. It's a short web series, and each episode comes with a different theme. From finding love in the most unexpected places to a pretend-arrange-marriage, the show does have unique ideas, unlike the mawkish romance tales.

At the heart of each episode is fierce writing and an engaging progression of narrative. Dialogues are crisp and in sync with the tone of story lines. Performances are equally convincing and the direction and production teams' imaginative thinking make sure of impressive 7-10 minutes of screenplay.

It's a unique format with after tales of breakups, cheating partners or making connections with strangers. The show is a worthy watch and can be easily recommended.

Thrilling!
Love on the Rocks is an Indian drama series by MensXP. The show is an anthology dealing with dating life in this millennium. The actors do their job well and are contributing factors to each episode's success. What the show has managed brilliantly is the dramatization of situations. The show has a wide range of themes ranging from comedy to borderline horror. The show really provokes you to think about various stages in a relationship and their value and the consequences. If you are in your teens and early 20s, this show is for you. The only letdown is the runtime, I felt the episodes should've been a little bit longer to invest more in story and characters.

Love On The Rocks, from the house of MensXP, has portrayed some bitter sweet sides of being in love.

It concentrates on not so happy ending of every love story. There are seven episodes, under this title, each dealing with a different situation. One of them deals with relation after breakup; other deals with what happens when a partner realises that she is being cheated by the other. This series also hints at the not so conventional plots, like two persons meeting at a Pride event, gets attracted to each other, or two persons, who have never met before, falls in love. The other episodes deals with some other unconventional situations. To know more, check out the series on the official channel page of MensXP, on YouTube!

Collection of not so sweet romance!
Love on The Rocks , as the name suggests shows the complicated phases and layers of love. The series grapples with the questions of love, identity, compatibility, loyalty and trust. It's not a single script driven show. It's a series of complicated love stories which do not necessarily meet the demands of the "happily ever after" by retaining the practicality of the entire situation. The director, script writer and the actors have never actively indulged in overacting any scene or situation. Keeping in the mind the above factors, the script resonates with the common or the mundane life. Amateur as well as professional actors are in the cast but not one of them move beyond their periphery of adding any new substance to their respective characters. Even though the series depicts situations of complicated love it somehow becomes confused with the concept itself. The series is easily available on youtube. It's under the banner of MensXP. People who want to watch a more realistic approach to love and relationships can enjoy this show but harsh critics will find the writing rather lousy and lethargic.
