Lord Zedd uses Adam's kaleidoscope to create the Scatterbrain Monster, who then erases Tommy, Billy and Kimberly's memories. Meanwhile, Bulk and Skull find out the true identities of the Power Rangers, but surprise everyone when they end up coming through for the Rangers.

Rocky just wants to have fun when Lord Zedd casts a spell on him to make him obsessed with goofing off. The rangers are annoyed when he refuses to fight especially when it costs them dearly, leaving Tommy to face the Pachinko monster alone!

Lord Zedd is inspired by Rocky's claim that he's never seen monsters at the lake before to unleash a few monsters to destroy the rangers. To make matters worse, only three of the rangers are able to respond! Worst of all, once the rangers unite against the monsters, Lord Zedd creates another monster upon the city. What will the rangers do now?

The White Ranger confronts his clone, armed with the Green Ranger powers, and the two clash. Meanwhile, trapped in the 18th century, the powerless teens are confronted by the Wizard of Deception and two very large rats...

As the Green Ranger unleashes the Dragonzord, a weakened White Ranger struggles to keep his clone under control..

Rita and Zedd turn the class election into an ugly rivalry for Kimberly and Tommy.

Kimberly finds a book which delighted her as a child at a book fare, but Zedd soon traps her, Tommy, and Rocky inside the book and makes plans to ensure the book never has a happy ending Meanwhile, Bulk and Skull attempt to create their own monster so as to lure the Rangers out and enable the pair to learn their identifies...

Tommy, Kimberly and Rocky ally themselves with a grouchy character from the storybook and journey to see a powerful Wizard. Zedd and Rita take Bulk and Skull's custom made monster and turn it into the genuine article. With the Turkey Jerk monster on the rampage, can the remaining Rangers find the storybook in time? And can the Rangers trapped inside ensure the book's happy ending is preserved?

Kimberly is thrown backwards in time and finds herself in the old West, where she meets the ancestors of her Friends. Zedd plots to conquer Angel Grove in the past and makes preparations for his forces to travel there...
