Linda struggles to deal with her feelings after discovering a secret. Realising Ian is having difficulty coping, Sharon gets him to talk about his emotions. Lola accidentally reveals her future plans to Billy, but will he offer her his support?

Ian has regrets about his past decisions; will the Beales pull him out of his funk? Max wants to cut his ties with Kirsty once and for all, but Kirsty has other ideas.

There is trouble brewing at the Branning house, but Lauren is surprised when some words of wisdom come from an unlikely source. Shirley and Tina try to take Johnny under their wing, but Linda has other ideas. The Beales have reason to celebrate, but is everyone as happy as they seem?

Johnny explodes when he sees some of the locals leering at his mum. Denise is upset that Ian does not appreciate her efforts, and Kirsty takes matters into her own hands.

Denise is consumed by guilt, but will she be able to make things right? With everything on her mind, Carol realises that she is not alone and has someone she can confide in. Whitney gives Johnny some advice, but will he take it?

Carol has some difficult choices to make when she realises there are a lot of changes on the horizon. Masood brings a surprise visitor home to see Tamwar, and it is not long before they are causing trouble. Sharon is shocked when she discovers something Phil has been hiding from her.

Carol makes a decision about her relationship with Masood, and seeks some comfort from a familiar face. Sharon confronts Phil about her trust issues, but is she prepared for what she could hear? Alfie becomes more and more desperate to make some cash, and gets a helping hand from Shirley.

After getting her feelings out in the open, Carol decides to do what is going to make her happy. Phil knows he has to show his commitment, but will he be honest? Masood struggles to come to terms with the changes in his life and takes extreme action.

Carol is shocked when she makes an unexpected discovery in her home. Kat is angry with Alfie when she learns that his plans to make money could take him away from the Square.

Jake and Lauren are distraught when their risky behaviour leads them into trouble. Carol tries to get to the bottom of her discovery. The Carters hatch a plan for revenge on Phil.

Max is livid, but will his actions expose Jake's lies? Carol is determined to get to the bottom of the mystery, and starts asking questions. Meanwhile, Linda is not happy when Mick asks Wayne to help out - but does he have an ulterior motive?

Lauren finds herself in a terrifying situation when she tries to do the right thing. Mick and Linda come up with a cunning plan to try and protect Nancy. And, seeing a business opportunity, Kat approaches Shirley.

David finds himself the focus of someone's attentions, but will he be tempted? The Carters are thrown when a member of the family turns up out of the blue.

Masood's behaviour continues to spiral out of control, while Dexter tries his luck with Nancy and Shirley decides to make an important phone call.
