The Physician Review

The movie starts with a young boy who works as an assistant to a physician. When the physician dies of old age the boy,who is very keen on learning more on the subject decides to travel halfway across the world to Persia, seeking to be taught by one of the most knowledgeable physicians of the world. Being in Persia,religion acts as a barrier for the boy which he overcomes. He learns and experiments a lot under this great teacher in Persia. The boy also comes across a woman who he eventually falls in love with but could not marry.Things take a bad turn for the boy and his teacher when the Islamic rulers find out about the autopsy that the boy has courageously done going against Islam. The boy later goes on to perform the first ever surgery on a live human body.
