Worth breaking your heart.
Any day now is a heart touching story showcasing love, acceptance and family that will break your heart with every scene that unfolds. In late 1970s, when Marco, a teenage boy with Down syndrome is abandoned by his mother finds family in a home of a committed couple Rudy and Paul. However, the three have to fight a biased legal system to adopt Marco once the authorities learn about their unconventional living arrangements.
It touches on the social and legal issues a homosexual couple has to face in the society. It is very thought provoking and opens one’s mind towards the societal issues. The movie is very realistic and involves drama extensively. Actors have justified the characters and the direction also has been done fantastically.
The movie is a must see and for caution: do expect little weeping.
