Tapsee Pannu really has developed a niche for choosing scripts, and she's really going good at it.

Described as a psychological thriller, it deals with the effect of anniversary reaction and what trauma a woman faces when something disturbing happens with her. I'm talking about a woman only because the movie is centered around one.

Tapsee Pannu nails her role, and looks convinced in each frame. Rest of the cast is fine.

Score is gripping, and the writing is enough to keep you hooked to the screens.

Overall, a winner.

PS: I'm not writing a long post because there's a fear that I might spill out any spoilers, which I really don't want to.

Adonis keeps you hooked
As soon as the show was announced, I knew this one's a winner. I have read Bilal Siddique, and knew the verdict much before. And it's clear, this is a winner.

Storyline:
Three agents go to Balochistan on a high octane mission, to rescue 4 Indian agents captured there.

It's as simple as this, but the plot itself deals with a lot of politics and emotions, to keep you equipped, not just with action, but with everything a spy thriller could. The series is spread on 7 episodes, each quoted with Shakespeare, and every single episode ends on a cliffhanger. This sounds as a cliche, but the old tradition doesn't miss out on giving a new taste.

Acting:
Nothing much to say here. Emraan Hashmi dons a new style, much unlike his old, romantic image. Rest of the cast just plays a supporting role, so nothing much to say of that.

Score:
Mediocre I'd say. It's not that gripping, and if you're expecting some Sacred Games level score, sorry to say, you'll be disappointed.

Direction and Cinematography are really good, and it doesn't seem like an Indian show. tastes much of Hollywood.

In the end, I'd say this show deserves a watch. The ending of each episode is enough to keep you hooked. This is really something espionage thriller lovers have been waiting for.
