Family ho to aisi!
The Family Vacation is a family comedy from the house of SIT. It's an absolutely fun watch as we see the son-in-law trying to placate his father-in-law. Rohini and Rishi live in Mumbai and Rohini's dad Rajeev is a person who apparently has a different "method" of showing his love or affection. Rohini tells Rishi that they will be going to Kasauli to celebrate her Dad's birthday. Rishi tries to evade from going on a vacation but becomes trapped in the reverse psychology process and ends up going for the vacation. He meets his father-in law who sarcastically comments on how "it's a man's responsibilities to take care of luggage". Rishi even though a lovable husband and a doting son-in law he is always looked down upon by his Rajeev. The family vacation begins and the comedy comes into play. Rajeev's miscommunication, Rishi's snarky comments to mother-in law's bizzare beliefs, adds more comedy to the plot. To be honest, Rishi stands out for me, he is absolutely hilarious , his dialgue delivery and acting is so natural that he sweeps the show off its feet. A fun watch. Easily available on youtube.

What a JODI.
The Good vibes traverses the relationship dynamics of a newlywed couple Lakshya and Jonita. Lakshya and Jonita have recently moved to their dream house in Juhu, famous for it's posh and luxurious locality. Lakshya and Jonita love to party and they tend to host parties almost everyday at their new "home". With expenses shooting skyrockets and Lakshya retired to home, it's upto Jonita to fend for her home, husband and herself. A quirky tale of love filled with emotional outburtsts in between, comedy and a brilliant script make it an endearing and delightful watch. Manvi gagroo as Jonita is a sight for the sore eyes. She is refreshing, jolly, vibrant, jhalli and just lovely. Naveen as Lakshay is absolutely eccentric, timid, lovable and quirky. Both of them complement each other so well that the chemistry between them works out really efficiently. A fun romedy that is bound to make you giggle and cringe at the same time. It's produced by Legrand and available on Youtube.

Sisterhood tales is an interesting coming of an age story revolving around Women and their lives. Yes, you heard right .Finally a story that is shown from the female gaze. The plot is witty, different, subtle but greatly impactful. Three different episodes which depict variety in terms of conditions, background, family, occupation and what not. I was sort of disappointed since they only released three episodes, I was hoping for more, because undoubtedly there had to be more sisterhood tales out there.Women helping other women directly or indirectly forms the basic crux of all the episodes. It divulges into topics such as fostering relations which are not merely identified by blood but by a greater sense of responsibility. It makes for a good watch even though the episodes could have been renewed since there are mores stories which are left unheard and I believe Blush gives that platform which will work towards bringing these stories to the audience. You can watch it on the Blush Channel, youtube.

A Valentine that steals your heart!
Zoe Valentine is a coming of an age American webseries, released by brats. It revolves around the life of Zoe Valentine who has recently lost her elder sister Cleo Valentine to cancer and how she comes into spotlight after her sister's demise. Zoe has always been the introverted and dwelling in her own world kind of girl whereas her elder sister was completely opposite. Cleo was always bustling with energy, had an amazing social life and was extremely outgoing. With every episode, we get to see a new side to Zoe as well as to her sister Cleo. Zoe's navigation through high school, new friends being invited to become a part of Cleo's peer circle is a treat to watch. The young actors are calm and refreshing. Zoe's family members are dealing with Cleo's death on their own terms and methods. It makes up for a beautiful watch with her being accepted as Zoe and not just as Cleo's sister. Her identity becomes more prominent in the end which resonates with the title as well. It is available on youtube. Teenagers and young adults might like watching it.

Communication is the "KEY"
Home Sweet Office is a new webseries from the house of Dice Media. It depicts the business adventures of two cousins Adhira and Shagun. They both run a wedding planning business together with the hopes of making it big in the market. Both the cousins are extremely close to each another but possess completely opposite personalities.Because it's a startup, they try to get and work with as many clients as possible including Adhira's ex-boyfriend. Initially Adhira is reluctant and apprehensive about working on his wedding but Shagun reasons with her that they will drop him if she is not willing to go forward with it. Faced with running a successful startup and her own complexities, her dad comes to the rescue and convinces her to take up the project. And the series progress as each and every episode brings forth different business ethics into light. From maintaining a family balance to professional balance , it shows the ups-downs of the venture by paralleling it with the differences in their familial relations. It's a fun watch. It doesn't end on a happy note unlike other webseries. I found the ending incomplete and hence waiting for the next season. It's easily available on youtube. People who are into modern day family dramas can definitely enjoy watching it!

Aai tu best aahe!
There are times when we fail to understand why our mums get so finicky about food, health and above all our well-being. We often take it for granted and we mostly forget to acknowledge their presence and importance in our life. And we usually ignore it in the name of "generation-gap", sometimes screaming at them for not understanding us, but, who are we to blame them, when in the first place we are not okay with being so open with our feelings because the fear of being judged still resides within us. Honestly, it's it's not always their fault but at the same time it's not always our fault as well. The construction of society is such that miscommunication takes the central couch in desi families. And this show, does exactly that. It depicts the parent-child relationship by being in the prime focus. It brings forth the harsh dualities and realities of "generation-gap", extreme narcissim , lack of dearth , respect and sometimes love. I have often heard this saying that " Love changes in a relationship, but what remains constant is respect." The story revolves around Suhasini and her son Aditya. Aditya is completely absorbed in his own world and seldom spends time at home. He is physically present but is always mentally absent. Suhasini being a single mother, does her fair share in keeping her son happy but her oblivious to her sacrifices continues to trouble and disregard her until reality hits him hard. Her dreams of running a kitchen and cooking food for other people makes her happy, she wishes to change her passion into profession since Aditya is rarely there. What follows is a story filled with dreams, food , family, respect and above all fulfilment. It's absolutely emotional and will leave you with tears. Created by Zoomstudios original, it's easily available on youtube. Viewers who love family dramas will not be disappointed.

Rabish is not Rubbish
I don't remember the last time I had a good laugh because a man made political jokes which did not involve the use of strong language and sexual overtones. It's funny and witty and Rabish doesn't shy away from taking a dig at the current political and social scenario. A parody of Prime Time with Ravish Kumar backed with powerful screenplay and punchlines is a fun watch and might also inform the viewers about current trends and events. Celebrity cameos take it up a notch and make it even more hilarious. The youtube Rewind was so accurate it made me cry. It was a rib-tickling episode and Rabish's mimcry stands out and doesn't become overbearing or annoying. It's easily available on the youtube channel TSP.

An exquisite ride!
The Royal Palate is a refreshing take on a" Food " based reality show. But mind you, these dishes are nothing common but it tells of a different journey. Hosted by masterchef fame chef Kunal Kapoor and co-hosted by famous tv and youtube personalities, it's a beautiful blend of history, culture and loads of spices. As the title suggests "Royal Palate", it revolves around unearthing the lost and the hidden culinary secrets and dishes of the Royals of India. There are 7 episodes in total and the best part, each episode is dedicated to a specific Royal dish, from tracing it's origin to it's evolution, you name it and they have it. It's raw, original and brilliantly scripted. I have never enjoyed myself so much. The journey was heartwarming and the anecdotes that were shared on this course made it even more bingeworthy. India is known for it's diversity and honestly, this shows delivers exactly that. It depicts diversity and variety and above all the rich culture of food and how we must celebrate and preserve it! It's a must watch if you are a foodie or a religious follower of masterchef Australia, but, worry not, you can watch it for it's fresh content and mouth-watering dishes too. Trust me you won't be disappointed. You can easily watch it on Youtube under the banner of TVF. And it's also available on TVF play.

Ankan Radha reviewed Uglies
An unorthodox take on the conventional form of communication!
Uglies is a collection of private chats under the banner of Terribly tiny tales which depict the dynamics and dimensions of different relationships including romantic and familial. It's
an unorthodox approach to a world which is largely governed by webseries and movies. What is absolutely striking and beautiful lies in the fact that this series does not resort to using actors. The individual messages act as one. Each individual message is a character and the stories have been woven so delicately and sensitively that it has left be short of words. Its sheer brilliance is visible through the unfolding of each story. Excellently crafted and extremely witty with its treatment. The last episode was 22 minutes long and it was a very heavy topic. All the conversations are in a way closeted or looked down upon by the society. But the creators inadvertently urge the audience to engage with the taboo topics and uncomfortable subjects in a very sensitive and approbatory manner. I absolutely loved the series and I would suggest all those people who love quirky, engaging and trying new stuff out to definitely check it out. It's beautiful, bold , daunting but at the same time unafraid and relatable. You can easily watch it on YouTube. So hurry! What on earth are You waiting for?

Kaafi Su Che!
Fairy Lights is basically a coming of age story about two friends - Umang and Rohan. Both these characters are done with their 12th boards and are waiting to go off to college. The first episode begins with Umang being highly reluctant to celebrate her 18th birthday as she failed to get into her dream college. On the other hand, Rohan has already planned a surprise for her 18th birthday by booking an entire farmhouse for her , which actually turns out to be Rohan's friend Shreekamal's house. A fight ensues between Umang and Rohan regarding college and the party. They sort of reach a middleground and decide to go to Shreekamal's place when Umang gets to know that Rohan never really planned a surprise but he just wanted to cheer her up and that's why the huge DRAMA. But, in the end they decide to have a party at Shreekamal's place to celebrate Umang's 18th birthday to which Umang agrees heartily. In the second episode, Shreekamal and Umang have a conversation over a cup of steaming hot tea and he reveals that he is well aware of the fact that Umang and Rohan are dating. Umang is left flustered and she assures him that they are just friends and there's no other dimension to their relationship. At the end of the episode, Rohan informs Umang about his date with Simran and Umang's expression changes completely. It's quite unclear if she is genuinely in love with Rohan or just disturbed with the fact
that her friend is going out on a date with her rival. Because the episode ended on a cliffhanger, I am waiting for the next episode. It's short, cute and highly relatable. You guys can easily watch it on the official page of dicemedia YouTube. It's a fun watch. Tweens, young adults and teens will definitely have a fun time watching it!
