This movie alters between two story lines one set in the 90's decade and the other set in the present.
Zoe who's played by Sara Ali Khan doesn't want to waste her time in romance instead throws herself into making a secure career. Her plans change after she meets Veer (Karthik Aryan) someone who's really serious about her. At the co working space Sara meets the owner, Raghu (Randeep Hooda) who divulges his love story back when he was young.

Illogical is a better way to describe the movie, I don't think the writers were clear on what message they were trying to get through to the audience which lead it to be chaotic. The idea of using two timelines was a smart movie but not used well. Other than that the acting was pretty good and the aesthetic locations on point. If you're looking for a light watch, this movie won't give you sparks and show any signs of charecter development but I'd say it's pretty average.

JVan reviewed Extraction
Extraction is an action thriller who stars Chris Hemsworth aka we all know him for his Role in Avengers as Thor, Randeep Hooda and Rudhraksh Jaiswal with many other people with lesser screen time.

Tyler Rake an ex militant is sent to Bangladesh to retrieve an Indian Drug lord's 16 year old son Ovi who's been kidnapped by Amir, the Dhaka version of Pablo Escobar, in return for a sum of money. After a lot of gun shots and stabbing the goons, Tyler gets a hold of Ovi only to realise the special services agent who hired him, Saju had no plans of paying him and intends take Ovi from him. With Amir having the whole Dhaka on look out for Ovi. Will they get out alive or die trying?

The action scenes are brilliantly choreographed and filmed. The true definition of cinematography well done. Even with the actors doing a good job in bringing their respective charecters to life, I just wished there was more story. It almost felt like instead of developing a story line they just covered it up with overflowing action scenes. There should have been more emotional bonding between Tyler and Ovi. The basic theme of the story isn't something new, a guy who's had a tortured life and feels guilty, goes out for some soul searching and ends up doing the right thing. With the movie showing the reality of how the society and their hero's being corrupted so easily. The story had so much potential if the writing had been done well. But all in all I wouldn't say it's not worth a watch.

Absolute favourite
The show takes place on the islands of North Carolina where the society has been divided into two, Porgues the people who have to work day and night to earn their small living and the Kooks who have riches for centuries. John B a 17 year old teen who's father has been missing at sea for months now discovers that he left John encrypted messages of a shipwreck treasure. Along with his friends JJ, Pope and Kiara they go on an adventure where the path is filled with traps along with the rest of the islanders hunting them. On the way along the journey, John falls in love with a Kook named Sarah. Will the treasure be worth their personal risks?

This show had 10 episodes and I wished there were more as I my eyes were glued to the screen. The content of the show seemed a lot like "Lost and Found" but catered to the young adults. It has some intense and action packed moments but the humour and romance to bring a perfect balance. Everything about this show from the charecters to the plot got me hooked. Can't wait for season 2.

Saif Ali Khan who plays Jazz thinks it's never too old to get down and party. One day while he's enjoying himself at a club he comes across a 21 year old girl named Tia. He takes her back to the apartment only to find out that he may be her father. After a positive DNA test, he not only is the father but soon to be grandfather as Tia is pregnant with her boyfriend's baby. Between pushing Tia away from his life, managing his real estate job and suddenly meeting Tia's mother and her boyfriend. Will Jazz be the father Tia has always longed for?

The content seems awfully slow, with very few meaningful moment thrown here in and there. It's nothing out of the box but sweet and simple. I just wish there had been more comedy to look forward to because it honestly wasn't funny.

Street Dance is story between two dance groups belonging to different countries India and Pakistan residing in London. Sahej from the team "Street Dancers" dances for his brother who broke his knee in a dance competition and Inayat from the team "Rule Breakers" dances to express as she comes from a conservative family where dance is looked upon. After numerous fights and throwing insults at each other they unite for one reason, to send illegal immigrants back to their home countries.

Considering it leans towards the showcase of the musical and dance forms not much is expected from a storyline of this genre. I wouldn't say the movie was bad as they did a really good job with their dance routines but it seemed like instead of telling an average story they just broke into dance when the writers didn't know what their next move should be. The dialogues and acting is pretty cringe. The movie tried to deliver a good message which could have been an inspiring one if efforts were put into the script. Over all a light hearted movie and if you're into dance movies you should rather watch "Step Up" or "Footloose."

Piyush Prajapati gets the job at an IT company as a junior developer. Late for his first day and after falling trap to a blunder, he realises that mistakes are made all the time and it's just a part of life. From a flatmate who's been there for him since his college days, a boss that seemed rude but helped him grow, the people who he shares the cubicle becoming his pals and a girl he definitely has a thing for. Will Piyush eventually find his way out of the maze?

This series that has five episodes will either make you dream of the day you'll have your own job and make your own money or it will get you nostalgic over the past. The situations that I came across in the story seemed realistic and not dramatized, the acting was beyond doubt good and there was definely a sense of humour that was portrayed. It's a fun and light hearted watch.

The story portrays a rivalry between two brothers who meet after having not spoken for twenty years. Wilhelm owns a Brewing Company called Rodman. The other two employes in the company are Sarah an MMA fighter in the past and Chug who's an alcoholic in denial. Adam, Wilhelm's older brother walks into the shop in the first episode after being kicked out of Portland for IPA snobbery. Their two different approaches to beer causes a deeper than before rift and they end up competing to impress a distributor.

The show is goofy and fun but the humor tends to come off as third grade. The charecter's are very thin and hence no proper connection can be formed with any. A definite try hard show when it comes to being funny. If the writing and delivery of the story wasn't lazy the show could have come a far way. But everyone has their taste when it comes to an easy show.

Operation MBBS is a series a six episodes, revolving around the lives of medical student in their 1st year.

Out of all the students studying in the medical college four individuals charecters are mainly highlighted. Sakshi who hails from the joint family had to fight with her parents to join the college. Huma who used to live with her single mother came to this college to show her love for Medicine, Nishant, the goofy one who left home to make his own life and lastly KC, who's been in the first year since quite a few years. Together they get through the ups and downs of college life.

I don't know if this show is a fair depiction of a realistic medical college or it's been dramatized. But overally the show seems pretty okay, even though it lacks a proper plot and there are evident flaws in the storyline, the episodes still try to bring the fun college memories back.

Sunnyside Up is a series of eight episode that seems to cater to the young teen audience.

Lily McKay is new to the neighbourhood called Sunnyside Court, with her dad always away visiting various countries, she lives with her Aunt. She soon befriends the neighboring girls, who also goes to her school.

In one word the show was Boring, maybe because show seems strictly limited for the younger generations. It's cringe, but will make you remember the shows that you grew up watching in your childhood. If you ever want to go down that road of nostalgia and memories this show might be the one to watch.

Backpackers is a mini web series that consists of three episodes.

The story begins with Kanan, a banker who's recently out of a relationship decides to take a trip alone to find himself and see for himself what the solo trip hype is all about. While on the bus a very realistic circumstance of "exchange seats with me" forces Kanan to move seats where he ends up sitting next to Era, a free-spirited adventurous girl who's always on the move in life to explore new places and new things. Era along with her college friends Shivang and Anna let Kanan tag along after they miss the bus. The rest of the week is filled with Kanan breaking free from his comfort zone all while falling for Era.

Although the idea of travelling and connecting with people along the way sounds interesting, I feel like the writers missed out on a lot of scope that could have actually made the series much more connective with the audience. It felt slow paced and at times awkward to watch. The storyline could have been better written as the concept of the show was copasetic.
