All roars and clashes save an otherwise predictable story and a sluggish direction.

The film's poster reads: "Beimann Pitega, Corruption Mitega". This is true in respect of the storyline of the film. But does that really motivate you to watch this film? Well, I would say NO. The film's trailer promised an edge of the seat thriller, with an interesting mouse and cat game. Even the casting was also very promising. All these might have worked, but the storyline has been quite predictable and sluggish. John Abraham has been in his best form until now. First Parmanu, & now Satyamev Jayate. He has been high on patriotic themes. Manoj Bajpayee as always is delightful to watch. He has been engaging in all of his performances. But this time, their performances are let down by a lazy writing. The film will promise you all sorts of clashes and roars, but without any logic. Milan Milap Zaveri's direction is quite lazy and sleepy.

The only perfect sequence in the film is Dilbar song.

But if you are looking for a masala movie, with all commercial elements, this is that type of watch for you. But beware, you might be able to watch it more than one.
