One Piece (1999)

One Piece is undoubtedly, one of the most amazing series I have ever watched. The plots are well-written and hold the attention without taking themselves too seriously. The characters are some of the most endearing, well-developed and likable characters and the art, while not appealing to me at first, took a while to get used to (well, it started in 1999, what do you expect), but now they are up to date with their animation style. Again soundtrack is as usual awesome, which are generally the USPs of Animes.
While this series has serious moments, it never stops being funny. Something important about the humor in this series is that it's ORIGINAL. None of the typical jokes that are recycled in every anime. Something that is important to me in a series is the characters. If I don't like characters, chances are, I'm not going to like the series. The lead cast to One Piece has won me over in their own individual ways. There is not a single one I don't like and I seriously thought that was IMPOSSIBLE.
Only thing which prevented me seeing this awesome series was the no. of episodes (till the time I started, it was already 550+), but once you are into this series, you will wish that it should continue on and on.

it is world building master piece - they come in my dreams , i use them to define characters , solve problems in my life . Watching it learned new words - goffy , and meaning of friendship what really matters .
