Mapplethorpe: Look at the Pictures Review

I thought this was an excellent biopic about Robert Mapplethorpe. To be honest, I didn't know that much about him going in. I lived through the controversy with Jesse Helms - the title, "Look at the Pictures" is from Helms' Senate rant. But I hadn't really seen the pictures before this movie. Yes, some still shock, decades later.

We were lucky that Edward, Robert's younger brother, who is part of the documentary, was at our screening for the Q&A.
