How to Train Your Dragon is one of those animation movies that have everything you expect in them, and after watching you probably spend a week or two recommending and making friends watch it, and ultimately end up watching the movie multiple number of times. A complete package of joyous ride, with hitches and heart touching emotions...making it a needless say that it is a must watch. Its a pity this movie missed the Oscar.

One of the most beautiful and emotional animated movies of all time. How to train your dragon blew me away when I first saw it in the theatre and to this day it still remains one of my favourite animated movies of all time. The forbidden friendship between Hiccup and Toothless is really the heart and soul of the movie and its easily one of the most genuinely touching friendships ever brought to screen. The Animation is stunning and the film has one of the best scores of all time the music is just breath taking. How to train your dragon is funny, emotional, moving and just a true classic.

I watched How to Train Your Dragon about 5 times now, and it never gets boring. It actually keeps on getting better and better with with more and more views. This is a huge accomplishment for DreamWorks Animation, it might actually be its Best Animated Feauture it yet. It is an amazing experience to watch this film

Like most other animated movies, this movie is got a very good story. It has got all these characters that are depicted in a variety of ways with variety of attributes, and also the fact that the dragons are named, it makes up quite a reason to watch this movie...

Nothing is bad...unless you fail to see the right angle...even the deadly beasts or savage Vikings or for that matter...any thing or anyone. This movie is about discovering who we are, what we are good at and learning to accept ourselves.

This movie was an animated one released in 2010 and talks about relationship between dragon and a small boy named hiccup. The movie is about a Viking clan living in Berk who faced threat from Dragons as they used to kill the people and steal their food stuff. So, they trained the people of their clan to fight dragons. But hiccup who is the son of Vikings leader is different but still he tries to prove his worth and manages to injure a dragon named Nightfury. But with time both become friends and he names him Toothless . He builds a mechanical instrument through which injured Toothless could fly and thus their a bond builds between the two. But one day nightfury takes him to a place where there is the nest of dragons where the queen of dragons live and all dragons have to steal food because of that queen only. And one day his father catches him with nightfury and with his help manages to find the nest. But hiccup knows that humans and dragons can be friends. And in the end he manages to win over the queen with the help of toothless which changes his father's attitude towards dragons. The story has been brilliantly scripted and the animations really is brilliant. It is certainly a joy ride with a lot of cool stuff for kids as well as adults in it. Go and enjoy

I gave this a ten because everything was just done well (Or well done at times too)I only seen this on HBO so I didn't get the full theater and 3D effect, but even so it was a fun movie for the whole family. There's an underline message about perceptions and prejudicial attitudes, but it's not something in your face.
The other thing that makes this so enjoyable is the animation itself. The animators have come a long way in really making the human subjects movements and actions seem really human. Even facial expressions is right on. On top of that they managed to get some good acting voices and everything just pulls together well. It's really just what it's supposed to be...Just a lot of fun....
