House of the Dragon Review

Season 2

I don't root for characters in this series. I am only watching it for the dragons.

The second half of the season improved with better storylines and more dragons shown.

Season 1

The CGI is great and the production quality is good. Let us see how the plot develops. I have watched only 2 episodes so far.

This is no GoT. I did not enjoy the time jumps and I felt that this season did not show enough character development. The viewer is simply shocked and given facts about characters over time.

Secondly, I found the language amusing - sometimes, they use older English, sometimes, they sound like modern teenagers.

The main redeeming fact is the CGI and dragons.
