Attack on Titan (2013)

Set in a dystopian reality where humans serve as a prey to Titans- gigantic sized human monsters. Humans have made large walls to protect themselves from the free wandering Titans in the wilderness. But suddenly the Titans start appearing within the walls creating a havoc. Eren, an inhabitant of a titan-destroyed village is recruited into the scouts ,has the gift unknown to him which can save humanity from the terrors of titans. But is it too late?
The show is just awesome and fully action packed with very graphic violent scenes. The plot is very strong and each episode is perfectly bundled with the right amounts of build-up and unfolding of events. In my view, only an animated show could do justice to such an intense and heavy storyline.
Season 1 is available in English but the second season (latest one) is only available in Japanese with English subtitles.
Every anime lover should give it a shot.

Fan of action filled with agony and gore, deep plots and power? Then this Japanese manga series is a treat for you . Based on a fictional story where abnormal mindless humanoid giants have taken over the world and how remaining people are living in fear behind huge walls, it's a kickass serial. Due to its action sequences and dark plot, it's 16+ serial. But then that is what makes it more interesting. Attack on Titan creators have approved its second season which is still to come in 2017.

A well made anime. The feel this show gives is just awesome. I always want more of it and one episode a week is just so not fair. Right now I am on 20th episode and it's really getting better.
