I don't find most of the Indian comedy series interesting but this is the exception because of Kapil and his team. They have been able to create the sensation by their sense of humor. Moreover, the content in the program is very friendly and is watchable even with children's. Believe me, if you want to watch comedy this is your best bet.
A highly emotion evoking movie showing the harsh realities of human trafficking, child prostitution which exists in some parts of India. As an urban citizen living in a highly-developed city, we may not be aware of such things. A movie like this will be an eye-opener to such people. This may also makes you think how much selfish/self-centered we are, you may feel the desire to contribute to your country to improve the situation.#goosebumps
It is one of the best Sci-fi movies which I have seen so far, the reason being the mere fact that it tries to portray the potential of a human brain. It is believed that maximum brain usage for a human is around 10% but if one uses it beyond that, what all miracles can it create. Even though acts of Lucy may look very much supernormal to some but indeed I doubt them (I guess one is underestimating the power of brain). Last but not the least the acting by Scarlett Johansson is simply amazing.#mustWatch
As the title suggests ‘Inside out’ is a movie which in real shows what is functioning inside a human mind by taking out your emotions as a character in the movie. It is an insightful movie indeed! Frankly speaking, I am not a big lover of animated movie but this particular movie changes my perspective. Now, I don’t just reject a movie by based on whether it is made in real life or animated characters.
The reasons for watching this movie: • Unique concept • This movie won coveted Academy Award for Best Animated Feature Film and many other awards • Thought-provoking, Insightful, creative. • There is something to learn for people from all the age group The reasons for not watching the movie:
As far as I am concerned, I don’t know if there is any.
The movie ‘12 Angry Men’ shows a murder trial of an 18-year-old boy for allegedly stabbing his father to death. The judge gives the responsibility of the trial to the jury of 12 men with a varied background. It was also said that the jury should come to a unanimous decision based on which the boy would be sentenced. Further, it is shown how the jury comes to a consensus after an initial vote of 11:1 in favour of the child being ‘guilty’ to ‘not guilty’.Juror number 8, who is a poised, thoughtful and logical architect with the help of his emotional intelligence and courageous attitude shifts the dynamics of the jury. He is the only juror voting “not guilty” at the very beginning. He comes out to be the natural leader, who stands by his position and eventually persuades all the other jurors to vote “not guilty” in the end. It can also be observed that how respectful listening and sincere consideration tends to influence others in the group. As juror number 8 continued to be sincere and respectful, other jurors began to take that stance as well. This domino effect led the group to cooperate as a community. The opposing views of the jurors were utilised in order to understand differing perspectives. Brick by brick, word by word, a community was built around these twelve men. The underlying theme that seemed to be presented in the film was that the addition of multiple perspectives would provide different points of view that would eventually lead to the best solutionWith the help of different characters’ various aspects of human behaviour has been shown courage, emotional intelligence, self-management, self-awareness, social awareness, relationship management, diversity, critical thinking, argumentation, value of human life, stereotype, intellectual laziness, larger cause.
