Scarlett Johansson was great in this, but why was she basically the ONLY woman in the entire film? I suppose it squeaked by on the Bechdel sins a flight attendant asks her to put up her tray table. Why, for the love of God, couldn't ONE of the scientist colleagues that Morgan Freeman assembles be a woman"
Anyway, I thought it was awesome that the main character in this sci-fi film WAS a woman, and it was a weird, but fun, rollercoaster ride of a movie. |
