The most overrated Bollywood movie ever. People behave like it's the best hindi film ever made, when it's barely a good movie. Yes, it gives a good message but in the worst way possible. 3 Idiots gives you false inspiration and creates a totally wrong image of IIT's and education. You cannot top every time without studying at all, no matter what kind of "genius" you are. You cannot become a world class scientist without a formal degree. The film is full of plot holes, lame jokes( some were quite funny but most of them were a bust), the soundtrack is okay and the performances are amazing( obviously). It's a good entertainer, no doubt, but nowhere near the 'Best Picture' it was turned into. Seriously, there is nothing special about this movie.

Not great. But not bad either. A passable superhero movie. Really glad, that Nolan was smart enough to not attempt another 'The Dark Knight'. Other directors should learn from him. Even he knew that he cannot recreate that magic again.
