Tinderella is an Indian comedy web series by Nykaa. It follows the story of a girl out to find love. The show has Sumukhi Suresh and Gaurav Gera in the lead. The show has zero humor and is a big advertisement for Nykaa's beauty products. Gaurav Gera is the only saving grace of the show. The show has only four episodes and all four of them revolve around very cliched situations. My advice? Your time and internet connection deserves better.

Truth or Tamanna is an Indian thriller web series by Viu. It follows the story of a documentary filmmaker who is in search for his girlfriend who mysteriously disappears. The show is set on a good pace except that it feels stretched at some points. The unraveling of the story is a great experience. The acting feels underwhelming and could've been better. The plot of the story is interesting enough to kep you hooked till the final twist which was pretty good.

Dil Dosti Daftar is an Indian web series by Seagram's Imperial Blue. It follows a day in the lives of three friends in their office hoping for an increment. The show consists of 8 very small episodes. Watching it, I had a great time. The whole cast was brilliant and the camaraderie between the characters was amazing. Humor of the show really took me by surprise, it was effortless. The whole show felt like a breath of fresh air and left you asking for more.

It Happened in Hong Kong is an Indian romance web series by Viu. It follows the story of two strangers who meet in Hong Kong and fall in love. The show doesn't take itself seriously and is meant to be watched as something you watch to pass the time. It is only 4 episodes long, so there is really no story to follow and no characters to build. The show works only because of the leads, Amol Parashar and Ahana Kumra. Apart from sight-seeing Hong Kong, nothing much happens with the characters.

The Soulmates is an Indian romance web series by Zoom TV. It follows the story of two ex-classmates who meet after ages and embark upon a journey together. The show has the age old formula of two people meeting and falling in love during the show but the characters make it a little bit more interesting. The director utilizes the backdrop of Shillong to make the show look good and that is it. It is something you watch for the sake of watching it.

Flip is an Indian thriller web series by Eros Now. Created by Bejoy Nambiar, it deals with the darkest fears of human beings. The series gives out a very Black Mirror vibe, the dystopian worlds, innocent people who aren't innocent. Nambiar does an excellent job at bringing the characters to life but unfortunately the they are let down by the writing. The plot twists which are supposed to be the big reveals aren't that shocking. It is refreshing to see an Indian series with such power though the makers need to improve on the plot.

Shaitaan Haveli is an Indian horror comedy by Amazon Prime Video. Created by Varun Thakur, more than a web series, it feels like a parody of the 80s horror thrillers. The show is undoubtedly funny, courtesy Varun Thakur and cast and also takes shots at the genre itself. The fact that the show can laugh on itself makes it incredibly fun to watch. The plot may be a little problem but the performances compensate for it. For a miniseries of 8 episodes, the pace of the show is good and feels organic. This show perfectly fits the description of a timepass, nothing to do on a weekend binge show.

Karenjit Kaur is the biography of Sunny Leone by ZEE5. THe show narrates the story of Sunny's journey from becoming a famous adult actress to becoming a famous bollywood actress. The show doesn't mince words and portrays a fairly honest story. However, if we look at it as a show overall, it is quite disappointing, the acting is underwhelming and the direction is haphazard. The viewer fails to connect to the story emotionally and therefore the series fails to live up to it's hype.

The Insiders is an Indian comedy web series by TVF. It is a story of a friends who form a club called the insiders unknown to their parents. They meet every Saturday and do crazy things. The Insiders starts as a unique show with an interesting premise and gets really weird really fast. I could not make out what the makers were aiming for here, what exactly was the genre they were trying to create, if it was humor, they did a pretty average job. The acting is strictly okay. It has fun moments but they don't last long. If we compare this to the long list of great shows TVF has, this show doesn't match up to them.

Love, Lust and Confusion is an Indian drama web series by Viu. It follows the story of a girl about to be married who shifts to Mumbai and feels like she has to live her life to the fullest. What could have been a joyride has been reduced to vulgar content with no storyline. The acting is substandard and the show thrives on only sex. It so bad that I find it difficult to understand how did it get a second season. Time is precious, so don't waste yours by watching or even thinking about watching it.
