Puri ummed pe pani pher diya.
Logon ko twist pasand aya but somehow mujhe predictable lga ... mere dimag mai aa chuka tha ki esa kuch hoga.

Most important thing which grabs and keep milinial audience's attention to movie is humour now a days and director Aanand Rai has definitely kept that in mind for Atrangi re .... from beginning to end you would surely ROFL.
Well but you know what catches my attention most in any movie is its premise & plot ..... And it surely is the case with Atrangi re too... Story is good. Its been a quite long time since watching a Hindu-Muslim love story family drama based movie.
Movie ke dialogues pe toh mai fida hu.
"Like Raavan, he wants me to go behind him and the maidan is saaf he will come and uthaau you and run away. but let me tell you, the Ramayan has just begun!"
"Ghabra kaahe rahe ho be chhedd rahe hai tumko yaar. Ab jab chhedd rahe toh chhidd jao." 😂
"Purre Bharat mai ek baar ek ladki ko dono mil jayenge toh kya aafat aa jayegi."... I can't imagine what their auto driver must be thinking 😂
"Rinku Sooryavanshi naam hai humara ... sidhe Rajaram ki dynasty se hain ... swayamvar hota hain humare yaha ... hum nahi maante jabardasti ki saadi"
"Ae gaali nhi.....Gaali nhi de rha hu tamil mai bol rha hu"

Cast is amazing. Sara Ali Khan has given an excellent performance and here dance moves in Chaka chak is real nice And there is Dhanush with his cute south Indian accent.
Music is by "The AR Rehman" ...so there is nothing more needed to say about it.
Then you must be thinking that all can not be well about this movie. In atrangi re you are never convinced why exactly Dhanush fall for Sara so much that he was ready to jeopardize his whole life.
Also when you would be watching it you would not notice but me being a doctor can't overlook such blunders for medical sciences. It was sad that how mental health issue is portrayed so poorly in mainstream Bollywood movie. Mental illnesses does not get treated by just pills ,without counseling therapy sessions. And over that you were not giving patient ENO ki "6 second mai asar shuru" 😂 seriously! goli khate hi asar immediately nhi hota ese. Gone were the days when Mithun da's brain can be transplanted to his gf's body after being stored in plate with ice cubes (didn't got the pun..too bad check this out after reading the review- https://bit.ly/32Bd6Ob ). Now cinema must hold responsibility for public awareness for health.
And I can't help but point out a hypocrite as before start of movie in satutary warning Akshay Kumar says "Kya Nandu hospital ke samne khade ho kar fu fu kar rha h" and during movie Dhanush does exactly the same, he smokes in front of hospital.

Well ignore the nonsense babbling of a doctor and go watch this otherwise awesome movie.

You do fraud of millions of dollars and what do you pay! one partner have to do just 11 months jail time and another nothing ! Really! How real shit was their lawyer. Oh and it says based on real events !
Plot is good but sounds somewhat unreal not bcoz the fraud can't be pulled off but rather bcoz it was being done by amatures. Well what can i say but movie is good and humorous.
