I knew something was up when they added that vine star
A nice little blurb of this movie: Senior prank gone wrong *COPS WERE CALLED* except no cops were called because this a tonedeaf film about white privilege. Brett literally blows up his school and he wasn't even questioned by the police. The worse thing that happened to our protagonist was the fact that his colleges revoked his acceptance. Of course they did, he BLEW UP the school, but he has the audacity to bitch about how oppressed he is because his parents didn't let him join the basketball team on camera, and so he's dedicating now to doing the things he's always wanted to do but couldn't. Overnight, it becomes a trend. That's not how it works. What exactly is trend worthy about it? How do old people thing viral posts work? What Zoomer would participate in that.. we prefer tiktok dance challenges.. anyway, He ends up being accepted into Harvard over this mess This movie is a huge waste of time. I don't know what to get from it? Hate it

Miscallany reviewed YOU
Season 3 will make or break the show
He was a bookstore owner and she liked books. What more can I say? The Self awareness is what hooked me in the first few episodes. Joe is one step ahead of everyone, even the viewers. When the cops caught him red handed, I was like: Man you’re done for, only to find out that Joe planned wayy ahead.

What makes YOU so interesting is that from Joe's POV, it's a love story, but if it was Beck's, it'd be a thriller. It being framed as a love story, makes you want to root for Joe. However, when Beck uncovered his box of stalker stuff that had her used tampon in it, everything started to unravel, and then it became a horror show for everyone involved.

I don't remember much from Season 1 actually, however, when Joe framed Beck's therapist for her murder, and he visited him in jail, he was like: "yeah I didn't commit the crime, but I'm just chilling. Jail is so cool. And besides I've done some stuff that needs the reflection prison brings." Like Jesus Christ man. Fight. Paco..he just slammed that door on Beck's face. My man. I didn't expect Joe to kill Beck. That shocked me.

Season two was a ⅗ stars. I didn’t like it as much. I feel like Lucky was a pretty cool guy then they made him go batshit crazy and it was so weird to me because that's not Lucky... maybe it was because that whole family is crazy. I don't remember much of that either. Love was a downgrade from Beck. Then we found out that she's crazy like Joe. It was a journey. Deliah didn't deserve to die.. it left Ellie all alone.

Ooh I forgot. One of the better parts if the show: Joe has a soft spot for children. Season 1 brought us his neighbor's kid Paco, who he acted as a mentor for. He did his best to keep Paco away from his abusive household. Season 2 brought us his landlord's sister Ellie. Joe went out his way to protect Ellie from the pedohile who was gonna drug and sexually assault her. Ellie irritated me. Delijah told her that she has been sexually assaulted by said pedo but Ellie decided that her film festival was more important.

Season 3.. if season 3 isn't a 4 star season, I'll bump down the rating . Expeditiously. It has so much potential. For one, Love is preggers. He has a soft spot for children remember. Then there's Ellie and Paco. If they don't show up in season 3, the show will be rated 2 stars. I'm not messing around. Also: Joe has a new love interest!

Love is gonna find out and when she does, she'll kill her for sure. That'll be interesting to watch.

Fuck Kousei's mom. All my homies hate Kousei's mom
Let's be clear: I only gave it that much of a high rating because I love Kousei too much. That being said, I feel like Kousei overcame his trauma too quickly. It was like it didnt exist 'cause the blondie with cancer said that he should live his life to the fullest or whatever. The show really tried to get us to sympathize with his abusive pos mom. Im going to rant. Kousei's mom is not only a bad character, but a bad person as well. PICK A STRUGGLE. They made it seem like she had no choice but to be that hard on him when she really didn't..Like how did you hitting him with your walking stick help him learn how to play the piano good? Especially since he was already a prodigy yet that wasn't good enough for her. You see how quickly her son story about just wanting him to have a future in piano falls apart ? I saw right through it. What really happened was: she was just mad that her son was better than her at everything, so she started using her little child as a punching bag. It's that simple. She started living through her son. Speaking of living through people.. our leading lady Kaori.. I don't care about her. I wanted her to live for Kousei but that's it. Kaori always forced Kousei to perform even though he wasnt emotionally ready for it y'know? She's selfish in that way. She was so demanding that Kousei got flashbacks from his ABUSIVE MOM. I mean of course the show skipped over that..Um his friends. Tamaki.. Uh.. Yeah, you like Kousei. Yeah, you're his childhood friend, but can you come up with something else? Watari is cool. He moved on from Kaori just like that. I found that really weird.

His aunt/new piano teacher. Fuck her. Like where were you when your nephew was getting hit by your sister? Interesting.. and you want us to feel bad for you because seeing Kousei sad made you sad.. girl bye

I skipped all the music scenes. We get ITT.

Did it make me cry? Yeah. Because Kousei deserved wayy better.
