The Client Plot
A street-wise kid, Mark Sway, sees the suicide of Jerome Clifford, a prominent Louisiana lawyer, whose current client is Barry 'The Blade' Muldano, a Mafia hit-man. Before Jerome shoots himself, he tells Mark where the body of a Senator is buried. Clifford shoots himself and Mark is found at the scene, and both the FBI and the Mafia quickly realize that Mark probably knows more than he says.

An enjoyable legal thriller
Based on the book by best-selling author John Grisham, the story revolves around a suicide attempt witnessed by an eleven year old boy . This legal thriller perfectly depicts the powerful bond between a young boy and his female lawyer while also highlighting the court laws of the United States in the early 90’s. Susan Sarandon’s acting earned herself a nomination at the Oscars and Bran Renfro a best young actor award, clearly proving the terrific acting skills of the cast members. Filled with suspense and murder, this film is sure to satiate your hunger for American crime stories. |
