Maryan Plot
The film is an emotional journey of a common man to an unknown place with the hope to come home and lead a better life. The film revolves around a story of human survival adapted from a newspaper article of a real-life crisis event, when three oil workers from India were kidnapped and taken hostage in Sudan.

A must watch for every Dhanush fan!
One of Dhanush's best movies by far, this movie will definitely leave you in awe of his acting skills. The plot is about a poor fisherman who has an unfortunate encounter with terrorists and this entire fiasco is portrayed beautifully by Dhanush. Parvathy plays his love interest and has complimented him very well. A. R. Rahman's music only adds to the magic of the movie, making it even more wholesome. Based on a true story, Maryan will take you down his survival tale and A. R. Rahman will help you connect with each of his emotions with his background score. Overall, a must watch movie! |
