Isi & Ossi Plot
Isi and Ossi couldn't be any more different: She's a billionaire's daughter from Heidelberg, he's a struggling boxer from the nearby town of Mannheim. But when Isi meets Ossi, the two quickly realize that they can take advantage of one another: She dates the broke boxer to provoke her parents and get them to fund a long-desired chef training in New York. He tries to rip off the rich daughter to finance his first professional boxing match. Their plans soon develop into emotional chaos that challenges everything the two believe to know about money, career and love.

Predictable but addictive.
Isi and Ossi is originally a German movie that's been dubbed into English, and falls under the category of a RomCom.
Isabel also known as Isi is from a family who's been featured in Top 50 millionaires of Germany. She has everything she wants and doesn't want. After failing her highschool year twice her parents pay the school of so she can secure a diploma. Isi is furious with this and instead wants to follow her passion of being a Chef. To do this she crosses paths with Oscar also called Osi who comes from a low class life with hardly any money to get by the day. They team up and fake a relationship to blackmail Isi's parents while Ossi gets money for his boxing match in return. The rest... |
