Belgica Plot
The story of two brothers who, even though they have absolutely nothing in common, open a bar together that quickly becomes a regular hangout for nighthawks. Despite the success, they must soon face up to the difficulties inherent in running a family business. Their brotherhood turns into rivalry, through no fault of their own.

Fantastic acting, but the music was amazing! Very personal story of the director whose father had owned a bar. Two brothers run a bar together, and it suddenly becomes the "it" bar when a rock star friend of the older brother hangs out there. Various bands play the bar, and the music was my favorite part of the movie.
The success goes to their heads, and one brother sinks into drug use and excess. |
