His country where he rules,considers him as a king, where his rules ,apply,quite really. But hated in rest of the world. Called from UN to sign a peace treaty, he was always angaist it, but his admiral has other plans. He was deceived, and thrown into nowhere,and his look a like was convinced to turn his dictatorship into democracy.
