A Diabolical Must Watch

From the writer of 'The Exorcism of Emilly Rose' and the producer of 'Paranormal Activity' comes yet another spine-chilling thriller 'Sinister'. The plot revolves around an ancient pagan Babylonian deity named Bughuul who kills entire families and takes one of the children of each family into his realm to consume their souls .

It all begins when Ellison Oswalt played by Ethan Hawke , a true crime story writer, ten years past his best seller 'Kentucky Blood',eager to get out of his slump moves into a home where once the Stevenson's used to live .All the members of the Stevenson's family except 10 year old Stephanie were found hanging from a tree . Ellison intends to use the case of the murdered family as the basis for his new book, and hopes that his research will reveal the fate of Stephanie who disappeared following the murders. On futher investigation he finds numerous super 8 mm footages of home movies ,only on playing them does he realise that they depict the various ways the families previously living in the house were murdered . As the story unfolds it is not long before Ellison realizes that he has infact put himself and in his family in path of something intensely 'Sinister' !

Sinister is a nerve wrecking movie with an ending so extreme ,you will never see it coming . The shocking imagery and twisted murders will certainly stick with you. You won't have any nightmares , but that's only because you won't be sleeping at all.If you see only one horror movie the rest of the year, let this be it!
