Race 2 is another of those formula movies which you see in ample nowadays in Bollywood, containing more than required "Tadka" of everything : glamour, posture, party music, suspense, technological crime ( which is so stupid sometimes that only Bollywood can think of it ) and lots and lots of sex appeal. Though the original Race movie had the same concept, the makers have successfully managed to make a disastrous remake of the originally enjoyable flick and have just merely qualified it as a sequel by managing a new star studded cast with the exception of only Saif Ali Khan.

About the acting...Apart from Saif Ali Khan (who at least looks believable) there is John Abraham ( Who surely can't dance sala ), Jaquilene Fernandes ( whose body pays off who cares for acting) , Deepika (who since Om Shanti Om and a minor exception of Love Aaj kal has forgotten do any meaning full roles) , Anil Kapoor (who really needs to try some other roles ) and finally there is Amisha Patel (who needs to realize that never ever only on the basis of sex appeal could an actress make a comeback if there is not left any in the first place) ...the acting was quite average.Taking into account that each and every character had villanish shades of gray, you can not help but think and rethink after each dialogue what he/she meant by it and also, knowing this as an Abbas Mastan movie you keep reminding yourself that the story isn't what it actually seems it is, and that there is bound to be a chair dropping twist in the end that would change everything. But alas, the movie even fails in giving us a proper shake.

Hence in my opinion : If you are chained in front of TV and only Race 2 is playing you can perhaps give it a try.

Whats the Bollywoody moment : There are many but my favouirite is Saif Ali khan jumping from a crashing plane via a parachute car.
