Nice
[contains spoilers]

Halkaa, which means "to relieve oneself" in English, is a story about a boy (Pichku) who lives in Delhi slums. Pichku is a shy boy and refuses to join in the morning ablution rituals that would mean squatting on his haunches and relieving himself at the railway tracks. He meets two people who are like him and then decides to build a toilet for himself. The movie also shows the Government initiative where it gives money to the slum people to build a toilet. But since their first need is to get food, Pichku's father takes the money and buys an auto for himself. This puts him in some trouble. The plot is very nice and it creates awareness about health and washrooms. Whereas acting is on the average side and so is direction.
