Hachi: A Dog's Tale Review

If you want to sit down with your family on a saturday night for a movie night this movie is an ideal one for that. The movie explores the relationship between man and dog. It is indeed true that dogs are the best of friends anyone can ever ask for. The story opens with a puppy (akita) lost in a station and being rescued by Professor Parker Wilson. Unable to leave the puppy all alone in the station he takes the puppy home without letting his wife know. The family soon decides to put out flyers to look for the puppy's owner but nobody turns up. The professor decides to adopt the puppy himself and soon Hachiko becomes a part of the family. From taking the Professor to the station to waiting for him when he comes back Hachiko was always there for him even when he wasnt. The story is bound to make you cry so make sure you have a box of tissues with you. Overall it is one of the best dramas ive ever watched.
