Prakash Hirwarkar, a well-known criminal is kept in the hospital under the supervision of Mumbai Police ACP Himanshu Patnaik. Even with the best security, someone kills Prakash Hirwarkar through serial explosions in the hospital. The perpetrator is able to flee from there without being caught.

After being severely hurt by Wasim Khan’s bullet, Vijay Singh is recovering under the care of Ramanand Rai. On the other hand, ACP Himanshu Patnaik starts his investigation on the serial blasts in the hospital and the death of Prakash Hirwarkar. For the purpose of investigation, he travels to Varanasi.
