After leaving her father’s home, Ranjeeta (RJ) moves in with her tenants. Appu is insecure about Mickey because of RJ's arrival. Harman and Rapchik Rani mistkenly made Riyaz, the new single feel very unwelcomed. Will the gang start living together despite their differences?

RJ throws a party to welcome herself into the house. Rapchik and Riyaz go to score “drugs”. Mickey tells RJ to move on. A wild party goes out of control. A sinister old man who lives across plans his revenge.

Harman and Riyaz are desperately trying to prove that they're not gay after sharing a drunken kiss. Subbu, the sinister old man who's revealed to be a nosy neighbour gets the gang arrested. RJ’s worst nightmare comes true when her father, KRK reaches the police station and sees her locked up. Subbu swears even more revenge!

Harman and Riyaz are trying to be normal around each other. RJ has to come up with ten lakh rupees! But How? The only way to get this money fast is to get the gang to pay her a deposit and rent. Mickey fed up with his annoying boss quits his job just when RJ asks them to come up with the money. They also learn that Riyaz gave her this idea. Chaos ensues.

The money debate continues. Harman gets an audition call for an underwear ad. The one big requirement is a big… “package”. RJ is frustrated to see Mickey and Appu together. Rapchik is tricked into shooting a porno, RJ and Harman rush to rescue Rapchik. The Gang is now divided between people willing to pay and not willing to pay the deposit and rent.

RJ cuts the gang’s access to the Wifi… and then to their rooms too, No Rent No Rooms! Mickey is stuck running from pillar to post between RJ and Appu. Real life gets a little too real for Riyaz, he's having a tough time at work.

Appu, the feisty lawyer, makes a surprise entry at Riyaz’s restaurant representing him and threatening to sue Riyaz's boss on the grounds of discrimination… all this while she's wearing a bunny costume. Rapchik comes up with the brilliant plan of charging young boys and girls money to meet each other at a Singles night. Will Singles night be a success?

Singles night is a flop, however, Riyaz fears he might be hopelessly falling in love with Appu.Mickey swallows his pride and borrows money from his dad… all for RJ. Riyaz is fighting his own battles at work. Subbu catches our gang in the act of doing drugs!

RJ reveals to the gang that Mickey had transferred that money in her account. He borrowed it from his father. Appu is deeply affected by his gesture. Appu and Riyaz make a big mistake! Harman gets an offer to do a crazy stunt on a reality show - Khoon Paseena aur Haseena: Season 3! After getting inspiring advice from his father, Mickey asks Appu to move in with him. And much to RJ's horror… Appu agrees!

Stunt day is here and Harman climbs up Ranjeeta (the building) and gets stuck halfway up. Amidst this chaos, Subbu reaches the building to put up a notice. A TV news reporter has sensationalized Harman's stunt. KRK finds out and confronts RJ with a surprise visit to the building ! But a bigger surprise is in store for all of them.

Mrinal Awasty, a businesswoman who's had a fall out with KRK, kicks our gang out of Ranjeeta Building. Subbu's been helping her in this process. RJ abandons her friends to go home with her distraught father. This leaves the gang homeless and mighty depressed. Where will they go?

After the fight with local goons, the gang looks broken and defeated. Rapchik gives up on her dreams of being a digital star. The rest of the gang too have given up and they all want to go home. Meanwhile, RJ has a plan for bringing it all back to the way it was, by first bringing KRK and Mrinal together. But she can't do this alone. Will she succeed?

KRK and Mrinal patch up. RJ tries to inspire Riyaz to be brave and confess his love for Appu, but it backfires. As soon as the gang gets out of one mess, they quickly land themselves in another. The gang finally gets to move back into their old house. But with a terrifying twist…
