Mayor Weatherby is trying to pass a bill banning certain weapons from the city, which makes her a target of the Dai Nippon Geiken Corporation, who are now manufacturing mobile weapons that even the Tank Police may not be able to stop. Dai Nippon Geiken is also connected with the murder of Leona Ozaki's former partner, Charon Ishira, making the battle all the more personal for the Tank Police's number one officer, who will stop at nothing to avenge her partner. But can she pay the high price revenge calls for?

24 Aug '94Another version of the spider-vehicle attacks a prison, breaking out the killer of Leona's friend. That is followed by a string of red-herrings and false alarms for terrorist attacks. The Tank Police are mobilized and spread rather thin.

21 Oct '94The traitor was planning to defect to another evil mega-corporation, killing the mayor was kind part of the deal, he finds out that the mayor is still alive and sends two spider-bots to attack the hospital where the mayor is being treated.
