Season six featured 22 episodes, two fewer than the usual number. In the United Kingdom, the series began airing on Sky 1 and Sky 1 HD on October 4, 2009, two weeks behind the North American broadcast. Season 6 was fairly well critically received scoring 77 on Metacritic.
