Guru reviewed Devil

With a very simple concept and story, Devil manages to pull it off keeping the viewers hooked for all 80 mins, which is a great feat. In one sentence, the plot is basically based on five strangers getting stuck in an elevator trying to figure which one of them is the 'Devil' when strange and deadly occurrences pit them against one another. Like all other M. Night Shyamalan stories, the chill, thrill and suspenseful factors remain intact with Devil, making it a fun, one-time watch.

Guru reviewed 30 Minutes or Less

From the director of the hugely successful Zombieland, comes 30 Minutes or Less, a fast paced heist comedy! The film struck gold with it's balance between comedy and thrill while still delivering unexpected surprises. It is superbly cast, with great performances coming out of each of the actors, definitely makes it worth a watch and assures that you will be glued for at least 30 minutes or more! (ha!)

Guru reviewed Tokyo Ghoul

The premise of Tokyo Ghoul is that there are monsters called ghouls who look like ordinary humans until they attack, during which they can project additional weapon-like appendages from their body and the whites of their eyes turn black. Their presence is known to the world and there is a government agency that monitors their behavior to keep them in check since they prey on humans for food.

Guru reviewed Superbad

The origin of the 'I know, **** me right?', the infamous 'McLovin' and many other famous meme's, Superbad is a coming-of-age teen comedy filled with profanity, raunchy jokes and memorable one liners. Over the course of one day, it follows three high school nerds (Hill, Cera and Mintz-Plasse) desperate to become 'cool' kids before they graduate. Seth Rogen's writing has made this movie almost as evergreen as 'A 40 year old Virgin' and helped launch Jonah and Cera's careers.
